背景技术
现有的电焊机一般为单一热保护形式，易因过热产生故障，影响使用寿命。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构合理，热保护性能好的具有双重过热保护功能的电焊机。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是：
一种具有双重过热保护功能的电焊机，包括电焊机主变压器、半导体整流装置、散热器、控制电路，其特征是：在主变压器的初级或次级绕组上安装第一热保护器，在半导体整流器件或散热器的表面安装第二热保护器，第一、第二热保护器均与控制电路连接。
本实用新型结构合理，由于分别在变压器绕组和半导体整流器件上安装了热保护器，当变压器绕组上的温度过高时热保护器就会动作而使主电路断开，当半导体器件上温度过高时热保护器就会动作而使主电路断开，均能使电焊机停止工作，从而实现了电焊机的双重过热保护。克服了现有电焊机单一热保护的缺点，具有结构简单、实用方便、成本经济的特点，并延长了焊机的使用寿命。

一种具有双重过热保护功能的电焊机，包括电焊机主变压器1、半导体整流装置2、散热器、控制电路3，在主变压器的初级或次级绕组上安装第一热保护器4，在半导体整流器件（或散热器）的表面安装第二热保护器5，第一、第二热保护器均与控制电路连接。
