本实用新型公开了一种计量水枪,包括具有握持部和枪管座的枪体,具有扳机的作动控制件和设于枪体前端的喷头组,其特征在于,还包括设于握持部和枪管座的水流通路交界处的流量计数器,位于枪体上的流量显示件和提供所述流量显示件动力来源的电源组;所述流量计数器具有水流经过时被带动旋转的旋转件,所述流量显示件响应于所述旋转件以计算和显示水流量的数据。该计量水枪主要用于园林灌溉及家庭日常生活,可以将用水流量通过显示屏显示在水枪上,从而给使用者提供直观的视觉依据以方便操作。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种水枪,尤其是可以显示测量的水流量数据的计量水枪。
背景技术
目前已知的喷水枪,通常应用于庭园花木的喷洒灌溉和家庭的日常生活,而目前对喷水枪的改进则主要在于出水量的调节控制和出水水型的改变。
如公告号为CN201006516Y的专利公开的一种园艺用喷水枪,包括枪体,在枪体内设有水流通道,枪体包括握把和枪桶,枪桶的前端设有喷头,握把和枪桶交界处的水流通道内设有用于通断水流的通断开关,水流通道内还设有球阀,球阀上开设有与水流通道位置相对应的阀孔,球阀上设有用于转动球阀的开关。在使用时,将通断开关打开,使水可以在枪体的水流通道内流通,通过旋转球阀的旋转开关,改变球阀的阀孔与水流通道配合所产生的间隙的大小,即可调节水量。
然而,这样的喷水枪,虽然可以调节水量,但是却无法得知出水流量的具体数据,一般在需要知道出水流量的多少,例如在研究植物的栽种、食物的烹调等情况下时,需要借助其他计量工具来测量,这就给操作带来了很大的不便。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种计量水枪,可以将用水流量通过显示屏在水枪上显示,从而给使用者提供直观的视觉依据以进行喷洒灌溉等动作。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种计量水枪,包括具有握持部和枪管座的枪体,具有扳机的作动控制件和设于枪体前端的喷头组,其特征在于,还包括设于握持部和枪管座的水流通路交界处的流量计数器,位于所述枪体上的流量显示件和提供所述流量显示件动力来源的电源组;所述流量计数器具有水流经过时被带动旋转的旋转件,所述流量显示件响应于所述旋转件以计算和显示水流量的数据。
所述旋转件包括可通过水流的通孔和由水流带动旋转的叶轮,所述叶轮的侧缘上设有磁性元件;所述流量显示件包括印刷电路板和电连接在所述印刷电路板上的磁簧管,所述磁簧管响应于所述磁性元件的作动而生成作为水流量计算依据的脉冲数据。
所述流量显示件包括显示水流量数据的LCD面板。
所述流量显示件包括可切换显示总和水流量、上次水流量或当前水流量的按钮。
所述电源组包括电池座、安装在所述电池座上的电池以及电池盖,所述电池座上的电池接触片与所述印刷电路板电连接。
所述喷头组包括具有四种不同出水形态的喷水孔的旋盖。
所述握持部底部与进水管接合处设有止通阀;所述扳机内侧的突起与一外侧设有弹簧的压销相连,所述压销穿设在所述握持部相应的接收部内,与所述止通阀作开关配合。
所述扳机上端侧向的所述枪体上设有锁紧扣。
所述锁紧扣包括可拨动的锁紧销,所述锁紧销上开设有卡合槽,所述扳机上端设置有可卡合在卡合槽内的凸块。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的优点在于:1.设有产生作为流量计算依据的流量计数器和显示流量的流量显示件,并且可以切换显示不同形式的用水流量,可以为植物的栽种、食物的烹调等提供直观的数据参考,以进行更合理的操作;2.喷头组设有具有四种不同的出水形态的喷水孔的旋盖,可根据不同场合的需要旋转旋盖导通所需的喷水孔以选择不同的喷出的水流类型,使得喷射的水流具有多样性;3.在扳机的侧向设置锁紧扣,使得水枪在使用时无需操作者持续按压扳机,给操作者带来了便利。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细描述。
参见图1、图2和图3,一种计量水枪,包括枪体1,作动控制件2,设于枪体1前端的喷头组3,设于枪体1内的流量计数器4,位于枪体1上的流量显示件5和提供该流量显示件5动力来源的电源组6。
枪体1,包括具有内部水流通路的握持部11,握持部11底部与进水管接合处设有止通阀16,以开启或关闭水流通路;位于枪体1上方与该握持部11的水流通路相通的中空枪管座12,该枪管座12具有上盖13,上盖13上方设有透明材质制成的观察窗14。
作动控制件2,设置在握持部11的侧向,具有枢设在枪体1上的扳机21,扳机21上设有便于手指握持的凸条22;扳机21内侧的突起与一压销23相连,压销23穿设在握持部11相应的接收部17内,与止通阀16作开关配合;压销23外侧设有弹簧25,抵接在扳机21和握持部11之间;扳机21上端侧向的枪体1上设有一控制扳机21活动的锁紧扣24。
喷头组3位于枪体1的前端,为水流喷出的部位。喷头组3包括具有四种不同出水形态的喷水孔31的旋盖32,可根据不同场合的需要旋转旋盖32将所需的喷水孔31与枪管座12的水流通路导通以选择不同的喷出的水流类型。
流量计数器4,设于握持部11和枪管座12水流通路的交界处,当水流经过枢设在固定座42上的旋转件41的通孔411而流动时,带动旋转件41的叶轮412作定位旋转,在叶轮412的侧缘上设有一磁性元件413,提供水流量测量的依据。优选地,磁性元件413为磁铁。
流量显示件5,位于枪体1上,包括印刷电路板51、位于插孔52内的磁簧管53、切换按钮54和LCD显示面板55。按钮54通过上盖13上的通孔15穿出以便于按压操作。磁簧管53与印刷电路板51电连接,磁簧管53是一种气密式密封的磁控性机械开关,可以作为磁接近开关。当叶轮412上的磁性元件413接近磁簧管53时,磁簧管53开启;当叶轮412上的磁性元件413离开磁簧管53时,磁簧管53关闭。因此,当水流带动叶轮412旋转时,磁簧管53不停的开启或关闭,输出脉冲数据,根据此脉冲数据可以计算水流量的大小。
电源组6,位于上盖13的后方,包括电池座61、安装在电池座61上的电池62以及电池盖63。电池座61上的电池接触片(未示出)与印刷电路板51电连接,以将动力提供给流量显示件5。
本实用新型的原理及工作过程如下:
结合图1-图5,当计量水枪处于未使用状态时,扳机21上端的凸块211卡合在锁紧扣24的锁紧销241的卡合槽242内,锁紧销241通过其内的销轴(未示出)与锁紧扣24两侧的固定端243轴接,可来回拨动。使用时,按压扳机21,推动压销23进入握持部11从而打开止通阀16,开启握持部11的水流通路,使水流带动叶轮412产生旋转作动,此时磁簧管53感应叶轮412上的磁性元件43的旋转作动,不停的开启或关闭来输出脉冲数据从而计算叶轮412的旋转圈数,经由印刷电路板51转换为流量数据,并将流量数据显示在LCD显示面板55上;按压切换按钮54可使得显示面板55上显示总和水流量、上次水流量或当前水流量,使得操作者可以根据该显示的数据更好的调节水流量,将水流量精确控制以利于植物栽种或事物烹调等。由于压销23外侧设置有弹簧25,当按压下扳机21时,为了抵抗弹簧25的回复力,此时扳机21上端的凸块211后撤退出卡合槽242,同时沿图5中的箭头方向拨动锁紧销241,凸块211的凹形表面与锁紧销241的表面相匹配并抵接,可限制扳机21回弹,从而使得操作者不用持续按压扳机21也能使水流通路一直处于导通状态。
当使用完毕时,沿图5中的箭头的反方向拨动压紧销241,使凸块211重又回到卡合槽242内,扳机21在弹簧25的回复力作用下回到原位,压销23退出握持部11,从而止通阀16关闭切断水流通路,叶轮412也随之停止旋转。
以上所述仅为本实用新型的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,在不脱离本实用新型的原理前提下,还可以做出多种变形和改进,这也应该视为本实用新型的保护范围。

Claims (9)

1.一种计量水枪,包括具有握持部(11)和枪管座(12)的枪体(1),具有扳机(21)的作动控制件(2)和设于枪体(1)前端的喷头组(3),其特征在于,还包括设于握持部(11)和枪管座(12)的水流通路交界处的流量计数器(4),位于所述枪体(1)上的流量显示件(5)和提供所述流量显示件(5)动力来源的电源组(6);所述流量计数器(4)具有水流经过时被带动旋转的旋转件(41),所述流量显示件(5)响应于所述旋转件(41)以计算和显示水流量的数据。
2.如权利要求1所述的计量水枪,其特征在于,所述旋转件(41)包括可通过水流的通孔(411)和由水流带动旋转的叶轮(412),所述叶轮(412)的侧缘上设有磁性元件(413);所述流量显示件(5)包括印刷电路板(51)和电连接在所述印刷电路板(51)上的磁簧管(53),所述磁簧管(53)响应于所述磁性元件(413)的作动而生成作为水流量计算依据的脉冲数据。
3.如权利要求1所述的计量水枪,其特征在于,所述流量显示件(5)包括显示水流量数据的LCD面板(55)。
4.如权利要求1所述的计量水枪,其特征在于,所述流量显示件(5)包括可切换显示总和水流量、上次水流量或当前水流量的按钮(54)。
5.如权利要求1所述的计量水枪,其特征在于,所述电源组(6)包括电池座(61)、安装在所述电池座(61)上的电池(62)以及电池盖(63),所述电池座(61)上的电池接触片与所述印刷电路板(51)电连接。
6.如权利要求1所述的计量水枪,其特征在于,所述喷头组(3)包括具有四种不同出水形态的喷水孔(31)的旋盖(32)。
7.如权利要求1所述的计量水枪,其特征在于,所述握持部(11)底部与进水管接合处设有止通阀(16);所述扳机(21)内侧的突起与一外侧设有弹簧(25)的压销(23)相连,所述压销(23)穿设在所述握持部(11)相应的接收部(17)内,与所述止通阀(16)作开关配合。
8.如权利要求1所述的计量水枪,其特征在于,所述扳机(21)上端侧向的所述枪体(1)上设有控制所述扳机(21)活动的锁紧扣(24)。
9.如权利要求8所述的计量水枪,其特征在于,所述锁紧扣(24)包括可拨动的锁紧销(241),所述锁紧销(241)上开设有卡合槽(242),所述扳机(21)上端设置有可卡合在所述卡合槽(242)内的凸块(211)。
