本实用新型公开了一种太阳能光伏电池用接线盒,其包括壳体、与线缆相连接的出线端、二极管和与汇流条连接的进线端;所述的与汇流条连接的进线端是由底板导电金属片和可旋转地固定在底板导电金属片上的导电金属片组成,底板导电金属片和导电金属片的相对面上分别设置有相互交错的突起。本实用新型操作简单,使用方便,不借助任何辅助工具,工作效率高。且插入的汇流条较短,不但节省了材料,还减小了串联电阻,电能消耗小。

本实用新型涉及一种太阳能光伏电池用接线盒。
背景技术
现有的太附能光伏电池用接线盒,其内部与汇流条的接线端是一压在金属挡梁下端的弹簧片,接线时,需要将弹簧片的一端由改锥等工具压紧,另一端的弹簧片翘起,然后将汇流条插入翘起的弹簧片下端,松开压紧工具。其操作需要使用改锥等辅助工具,操作复杂,效率低。且插入的汇流条较长,既浪费材料,又增加串联电阻,电能消耗大。
发明内容
本实用新型就是解决现有技术中存在的上述问题,提供一种操作简单,插入的汇流条短,节省材料,串联电阻小的太阳能光伏电池用接线盒。
为解决上述问题,本实用新型的技术解决方案是:一种太阳能光伏电池用接线盒,其包括壳体、与线缆相连接的出线端、二极管和与汇流条连接的进线端;与汇流条连接的进线端是由底板导电金属片和可旋转地固定在底板导电金属片上的导电金属片组成,底板导电金属片和导电金属片的相对面上分别设置有相互交错的突起,以增大底板导电金属片和导电金属片之间的摩擦力。
上述所述底板导电金属片的上边和导电金属片的下边与汇流条相接触的边缘处向外翘起,以使汇流条容易压入底板导电金属片和导电金属片内。
上述所述的底板导电金属片为底板铜片,所述的导电金属片为铜片。
由于本实用新型将汇流条连接的进线端设置成刀闸形状,汇流条的引出端弯曲90°后,直接置于底板导电金属片上,旋转导电金属片压在汇流条上即可。本实用新型操作简单,使用方便,不借助任何辅助工具,工作效率高。且插入的汇流条较短,不但节省了材料,还减小了串联电阻,电能消耗小。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型做进一步的描述。
如图1、图2、图3和图4所示,本实施例其包括壳体1、与线缆4相连接的出线端3、二极管5和与汇流条连接的进线端2。与汇流条连接的进线端2是由底板铜片7和由销轴9可旋转地固定在底板铜片7上的铜片6组成,底板铜片7和铜片6的相对面上分别设置有相互交错的突起8,所述底板铜片7的上边和铜片6的下边与汇流条相接触的边缘处向外翘起。
上述所述的底板导电金属片也可是其它底板导电金属片,所述的铜片为其它导电金属片。

1.一种太阳能光伏电池用接线盒,其包括壳体、与线缆相连接的出线端、二极管和与汇流条连接的进线端;其特征在于:所述的与汇流条连接的进线端是由底板导电金属片和可旋转地固定在底板导电金属片上的导电金属片组成,底板导电金属片和导电金属片的相对面上分别设置有相互交错的突起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能光伏电池用接线盒,其特征在于:所述的底板导电金属片的上边和导电金属片的下边与汇流条相接触的边缘处向外翘起。
3.根据权利要求1或者2所述的太阳能光伏电池用接线盒,其特征在于:所述的底板导电金属片为底板铜片,所述的导电金属片为铜片。
