Abstract

新型流量控制器,包括:塑料本体:其侧边设有定位槽;一组流量孔:其为直接在本体上开设有在不同水压下开口大小会被精确控制的弹性槽口;所述的槽口可为一条、两条或两条以上,开口为圆形或椭圆形;本实用新型所述的新型流量控制器,由于槽口具有较好弹性,其在不同水压条件下水孔开口发生相应的弹性形变,从而控制流量大小,使得流量跟压力的关系满足特定要求;其可应用在花洒或起泡器上,以档位切换装置控制不同流量以满足不同标准。

新型流量控制器
技术领域:
本实用新型属于节水产品,涉及一种流量控制器,尤其是与一种精确控制流量的新型流量控制器有关。
背景技术:
随着社会能源资源特别是水力资源的日渐紧张,人们节能环保意识越来越强,节水产品被大众普遍接受,如节水起泡器等节水产品越来越被人们在日常生活中利用。但纵观现主流的起跑器,其主要是单一的固定流量很难满足日常生活中的各种不同用水需求。且流量控制器主要是以橡胶件随水压的变化而产生弹性形变来控制流量,此方式稳定性差、寿命短、价格昂贵、尺寸可选用范围小。
实用新型内容:
针对现有技术中存在的缺陷,本实用新型提供一种新型流量控制器,其能保证在不同水压时,流量在设定值的一定范围内变化,能够有效的产生稳定节水的效果。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型技术方案为:新型流量控制器,包括:
本体:其侧边设有定位槽;
一组流量孔:其为直接在本体上开设有在不同水压下开口大小会被精确控制的弹性槽口。
所述的本体为塑料材质。
所述的槽口为一条、两条或两条以上,开口为圆形或椭圆形。
所述的流量控制器设置在起泡器上,其具体结构包括:
接头:其与水龙头连接;
新型流量控制器:设置于起泡器水流上游位置,水从其上开设的一组流量孔中流过;
旋转轴:其设置在新型流量控制器的下方;
旋转体:其套于旋转轴上,设有档位控制装置控制启闭新型流量控制器上流量孔的数量进行流量档位切换;
下壳:其设置旋转体的下方与其连接;
出水内芯:设置在下壳内。
所述的流量档位为一个、两个或两个以上。
所述的旋转体外部呈圆形、方形或椭圆形。
出水内芯为针状出水嘴或空气膨化出水嘴。
采用上述技术方案,本实用新型所述的新型流量控制器,由于槽口具有较好弹性,其在不同水压条件下水孔开口发生相应的弹性形变,从而控制流量大小,使得流量跟压力的关系满足特定要求。

具体实施方式:
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型进一步说明。
如图1-图4所示,为本实用新型的实施例,新型流量控制器A,包括:本体1:其侧边设有定位槽11;一组流量孔2:其为直接在本体上开设有在不同水压下开口大小会被精确控制的弹性槽口。所述的本体为塑料材质或其它开槽后具有良好弹性形变的材质。所述的槽口2为一条、两条或两条以上,开口为圆形或椭圆形或其它形状均可。
所述的流量控制器可用于起泡器或花洒中,以起泡器为例,如图5所示,流量控制器设置在起泡器上时,其具体结构包括:接头3:其与水龙头连接;新型流量控制器A:设置于起泡器水流上游位置,水从其上开设的一组流量孔中流过;旋转轴4:其设置在新型流量控制器的下方;旋转体5:其套于旋转轴4上,设有档位控制装置控制启闭新型流量控制器上流量孔的数量进行流量档位切换;下壳6:其设置旋转体的下方与其连接;出水内芯7:设置在下壳内。所述的流量档位为一个、两个或两个以上。所述的旋转体外部呈圆形、方形或椭圆形。出水内芯为针状出水嘴或空气膨化出水嘴。
本实用新型所述的新型流量控制器,由于槽口具有较好弹性,其在不同水压条件下水孔开口发生相应的弹性形变,从而控制流量大小,使得流量跟压力的关系满足特定要求。其可应用在花洒或起泡器上,通过档位切换实现不同的流量控制以满足不同的标准。

1.新型流量控制器,其特征在于:包括:
本体:其侧边设有定位槽;
一组流量孔:其为直接在本体上开设有在不同水压下开口大小会被精确控制的弹性槽口。
2.如权利要求1所述的新型流量控制器,其特征在于:所述的本体为塑料材质。
3.如权利要求1所述的新型流量控制器,其特征在于:所述的槽口为一条、两条或两条以上,开口为圆形或椭圆形。
4.如权利要求1所述的新型流量控制器,其特征在于:所述的流量控制器设置在起泡器上,其具体结构包括:
接头:其与水龙头连接;
新型流量控制器:设置于起泡器水流上游位置,水从其上开设的一组流量孔中流过;
旋转轴:其设置在新型流量控制器的下方;
旋转体:其套于旋转轴上,设有档位控制装置控制启闭新型流量控制器上流量孔的数量进行流量档位切换;
下壳:其设置旋转体的下方与其连接;
出水内芯:设置在下壳内。
5.如权利要求4所述的新型流量控制器,其特征在于:所述的流量档位为一个、两个或两个以上。
6.如权利要求4所述的新型流量控制器,其特征在于:所述的旋转体外部呈圆形、方形或椭圆形。
7.如权利要求4所述的新型流量控制器,其特征在于:出水内芯为针状出水嘴或空气膨化出水嘴。
