发明内容：本实用新型的目的是提供一种在体育运动过程中做双杠再做双杠二练习时能够避免产生意外伤害的多功能双杠。
本实用新型的技术方案是：包括架体和横杆，其特征是在横杆上设有套环，套环上设有弹力带，弹力带末端设有挂钩，弹力带背面设有挂环。
