背景技术
在机械上使用的电缆,需要极高的柔韧性、延展特性和抗拉伸强度,而现在的电缆所使用的材料多为普通的聚氯乙烯,其抗拉伸性和耐磨性、耐油性较差。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对以上问题,提供一种抗拉伸性,抗弯折、耐磨、耐酸碱性均较好,安全性好的电缆。
本实用新型的具体技术方案如下:
绝缘软电缆,由护套层、电缆隔绝材质、绝缘层和导体组成,其特征在于:导体外包裹着绝缘层构成绝缘线芯,在绝缘线芯之间用电缆隔绝材质隔开,在电缆外再包裹护套层,护套层为填充式柔性聚氯乙烯护套,导体为特软铜导体,是多根较细的圆柱体绞合在一起构成。
绝缘层的材质为柔性聚氯乙烯绝缘。
绝缘线芯里面为导体,导体外包裹绝缘层,绝缘线芯根据使用要求可以分为二芯、三芯、四芯等。
本实用新型的积极效果表现在:采用柔性较好的聚氯乙烯绝缘材料,既增强了电缆的柔软性、耐磨性及耐油性,保证了使用者的安全。
