Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种多列往复式压缩机填料的冷却结构。对高压级气缸轴侧的平衡容积设置两条气体管路,包含一条吸气管路与另一条排气管路。吸气管路与某一高压级的吸气缓冲器或经冷却后的排气连通;排气管路与用气系统连通。该结构能够使平衡容积内的气体一直处于低温,从而能够对活塞杆及填料进行冷却。该结构已在大型氮氢气往复压缩机上采用,实践证明该结构能够显著提高活塞杆的冷却效果,提高填料寿命。

多列往复式压缩机填料的冷却结构
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种多列往复式压缩机填料的冷却结构。
背景技术
在多列大型往复式压缩机中,为了使活塞往返行程中的活塞力得到均衡,往往在高压级气缸中设置平衡容积。采用平衡容积不但可以有效平衡活塞力,还可以减少高压级泄漏和改善密封。传统压缩机高压级气缸的平衡容积都与某一级的吸气缓冲器或经过冷却后的排气通过一根管道直接相连。随着活塞的往复直线运动,平衡容积内的气体通过该管道反复从缓冲器吸入和排入缓冲器,经过长时间反复地吸气与排气,平衡容积内气体的温度会逐渐升高,从而无法对活塞杆与填料进行冷却。图1中高压级气缸2的平衡容积3设置在轴侧,传统设计的平衡容积3只有一条管路4,与某一高压级吸气缓冲器5连通。随着活塞6的往复移动,平衡容积3内的气体通过管路4被反复吸入和排出,温度会越来越高。这些高温气体不能对活塞杆7和填料1进行冷却。
发明内容
为提高填料的冷却效果,本实用新型提供了一种往平衡容积内通低温气冷却填料的结构。
为达到以上目的,本实用新型是采取如下技术方案予以实现的:
一种多列往复式压缩机填料的冷却结构,包括高压级气缸、气缸内的平衡容积,其特征在于,高压级气缸轴侧的平衡容积下方设有吸气管路连通吸气缓冲器,在高压级气缸轴侧的平衡容积下方另设一根排气管路。
另一种多列往复式压缩机填料的冷却结构,包括高压级气缸、气缸内 的平衡容积,其特征在于,高压级气缸轴侧的平衡容积下方设有吸气管路连通经过冷却的排气,在高压级气缸轴侧的平衡容积下方另设一根排气管路连通用气系统。
上述方案中,所述的排气管路对称于吸气管路的位置。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型另设一根排气管路连的结构使吸入和排出平衡容积的气体一直处于低温,从而能够对活塞杆和填料进行冷却。该结构已在大型氮氢气往复压缩机上采用,实践证明该结构能够显著提高活塞杆的冷却效果,提高填料寿命,实现填料的全无油润滑,大量节约润滑油,降低运行成本。

具体实施方式
实施例1
如图2所示,本实用新型在高压级气缸轴侧的平衡容积3下方对称于管路4的位置另设一根气体排出管路8。与某一高压级吸气缓冲器5连通的管路4用于从缓冲器5吸气;排气管路8用于排出平衡容积3内的气体,以使平衡容积3内的气体一直处于低温,这样就能够对活塞杆7和填料1进行冷却。
实施例2
本实用新型提出的往高压级平衡容积3内通低温气冷却活塞杆7和填料1 的结构按以下方式实施:
高压级气缸平衡容积3通过管路4与经过冷却的排气(可以是高压级分离器)相连,通过另一条排气管路8与用气系统相连。活塞往盖侧行程时,气体通过管路4进入平衡容积3内;活塞往轴侧行程时,气体通过排气管路8进入用气系统。这样平衡容积3内的气体一直处于低温,能够对活塞杆7和填料1进行冷却。以上结构可适用于某6级压缩的氮氢气压缩机。

1.一种多列往复式压缩机填料的冷却结构,包括高压级气缸、气缸内的平衡容积,其特征在于,高压级气缸轴侧的平衡容积下方设有吸气管路连通吸气缓冲器,在高压级气缸轴侧的平衡容积下方另设一根排气管路。
2.如权利要求1所述的多列往复式压缩机填料的冷却结构,其特征在于,所述的排气管路对称于吸气管路的位置。
3.一种多列往复式压缩机填料的冷却结构,包括高压级气缸、气缸内的平衡容积,其特征在于,高压级气缸轴侧的平衡容积下方设有吸气管路连通经过冷却的排气,在高压级气缸轴侧的平衡容积下方对称于吸气管路的位置另设一根排气管路连通用气系统。
