背景技术
风力发电作为一种新能源正在迅猛发展,它伴随着现代科技进步、石油危机、环境污染等机遇和挑战,有很强的生命力。目前在冶金、化工、制药、化纤、水泥、酿造、造纸和火葬场等行业中都使用到大量冷却塔和烟囱,其中有强大的热气流排出,若能将其用于风力发电,必会产生显著的社会效益,但是由于热气流的温度极高,会对风力发电装置造成损毁,目前还没有将此类热气流用于风力发电的报道。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种利用冷却塔和烟囱中上升热气流发电的发电装置。
本实用新型解决上述问题所采取的技术方案如下:
本实用新型包括通过固定架固定设置在烟囱或冷却塔内的桨叶、与桨叶相连接的传动轴、通过一对锥齿轮和传动轴相连接的横向传动轴以及和横向传动轴相连接的设置在烟囱外部的风力发电装置,所述横向传动轴通过轴承座固定在烟囱壁上。
本实用新型的有益效果是:采用本实用新型可将烟囱或冷却塔中废弃的上升热气流作为动力用于发电,本实用新型可应用在冶金、化工、制药、化纤、水泥、酿造、造纸、医院和火葬场等行业的烟囱或冷却塔中,大大节省了煤炭和石油资源,既可以对老塔进行节能改造,也可以配套新塔建设,塔型越大,节能效果越显著。

具体实施方式
如图1所示为本实用新型的一种实施例,它包括通过固定架3固定设置在烟囱1或冷却塔内的桨叶2、与桨叶2相连接的传动轴4、通过一对锥齿轮5和传动轴4相连接的横向传动轴6以及和横向传动轴6相连接的设置在烟囱1外部的风力发电装置8,横向传动轴6通过轴承座7固定在烟囱壁上,一对锥齿轮5外部设置有防尘罩。烟囱1内上升的热气流温度很高,因此桨叶2选用耐高温材料制成,在上升热气流的推动下,桨叶2开始转动,并把动力通过低速传动轴4和一对锥齿轮5传递到横向传动轴6上,横向传动轴6通过轴承座7固定在烟囱壁上,横向传动轴6与风力发电装置8中的低速轴相连接,通过行星齿轮增速箱和耦合器带动与发电机相连接的高速轴转动,产生电流。在冷却塔或烟囱内自下而上可安装一组以上的本实用新型发电装置。本实用新型将废弃的上升热气流作为动力用于发电,大大节省了煤炭和石油资源,它安装方便且生产成本低,可应用在多种行业中,既可以对老塔进行节能改造,也可以配套新塔建设,具有显著的社会效益。

1.一种用于冷却塔和烟囱的发电装置,其特征在于其包括通过固定架(3)固定设置在烟囱(1)或冷却塔内的桨叶(2)、与桨叶(2)相连接的传动轴(4)、通过一对锥齿轮(5)和传动轴(4)相连接的横向传动轴(6)以及和横向传动轴(6)相连接的设置在烟囱(1)外部的风力发电装置(8),所述横向传动轴(6)通过轴承座(7)固定在烟囱壁上。
