本实用新型涉及一种触摸屏产品,尤其是一种高硬度防划伤的表面电容式触摸屏。
技术背景
目前表面电容技术的触摸屏主要是在玻璃基层屏的内表面和夹层面各涂一层ITO导电层,夹层面的四边上设置有银浆电子线路,银浆电子线路与夹层面的ITO导电层连接,为防止ITO导电层在频繁使用时被划伤,人们便在夹层面的ITO导电层的外面增加一层溶浆凝浆保护屏,但是由于溶浆凝浆保护层的硬度只能达莫氏4H硬度,其硬度较低,人们在对触摸屏进行操作的过程中,会频繁使用手指或其他物体在触摸屏上来回移动,这样就很容易划伤溶浆凝浆保护层,从而缩短触摸屏的使用寿命。因此这种触摸屏操作面的防划伤性能较弱,往往使得人们在使用一段时间就要对触摸屏进行更换,增加了设备后期的维护费用,给人们的使用带来不便,也造成了不必要的浪费。
发明内容
为了解决目前表面电容式触摸屏表面硬度不高容易划伤的问题,本实用新型提供一种高硬度防划伤表面电容式触摸屏,这种高硬度防划伤电容式触摸屏即有效保护了玻璃基层屏上的ITO导电层,而且能增加触摸屏操作面的硬度,有效提高了触摸屏的防划伤性能。
本实用新型是通过这样的方式来实现的:在玻璃基层屏的内表面和夹层面分别涂有ITO导电层,夹层面上的ITO导电层的四周与银浆电子线路连接,并在夹层面上的ITO导电层上设置有一层SiO2保护层,并且SiO2保护层与ITO导电层无缝贴合连接。使用时,人们便是在SiO2保护层上进行操作,SiO2保护层特有的高硬度则提高了触摸屏的防划伤性能。
本实用新型的有益效果是:即有效保护了玻璃基层屏上的ITO导电层,也不影响人们方便实现人机信息同时,增加了触摸屏操作面的硬度,有效提高了触摸屏的防划伤性能,延长了产品的使用寿命,产品结构简单,成本相对较低,利于推广。

具体实施方式
在图1中,玻璃基层屏(1)的内表面和夹层面分别涂有ITO导电层(2)和ITO导电层(3),在夹层面上的ITO导电层(3)上设置有一层SiO2保护层(4),并且SiO2保护层与ITO导电层无缝贴合连接,如图2所示,在夹层面上的ITO导电层(3)的四周设有银浆电子线路(5)。SiO2保护层的硬度较高,具有很强的耐磨性,因而不仅可以有效保护玻璃基层屏上的ITO导电层,而且可以有效防止屏幕被划伤,有效延长了屏幕的使用寿命。

1.一种高硬度防划伤表面电容式触摸屏,在玻璃基层屏的内表面和夹层面分别涂有ITO导电层,夹层面上的ITO导电层的四周与银浆电子线路连接,其特征是:在夹层面上的ITO导电层上设置有一层SiO2保护层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高硬度防划伤表面电容式触摸屏,其特征是:SiO2保护层与ITO导电层无缝贴合连接。
