本实用新型属于工业、农业机械领域，尤其涉及一种新型的提杆连接方式及装置。
背景技术
在机械传动，许多场合常常运用到长提杆结构，但在现场安装过程中，常遇到安装或者更换极不方便，给制造者和设备使用者造成极大的不便；如在压力机使用中，如果要更换两根提丝杆就要花半天时间，甚至更多。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种使用方便、更换简单的快速连接提杆装置。
为了解决上述技术问题采用以下技术方案：一种快速连接提杆装置，提杆端部设有凸起，凸起外侧套设有内锥套，内锥套为至少2部分组成的锥套，锥套内部设有和凸起相对应的凹槽，内锥套外面套设有外锥套。
所述的内锥套是由两个相同的半锥套组成。
所述内锥套的内表面和提杆端部相对应的位置相配合；内锥套的外表面和外锥套的内表面相配合。
本实用新型采用凸凹、锥套结构，达到了提杆快速连接的效果，这样就使长提杆的更换得到了有效解决，使得提杆连接可靠，更换方便，经济实用。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，一种快速连接提杆装置，提杆5端部设有凸起1，凸起1外侧套设有内锥套2，内锥套由两个相同的半锥套组成，内锥套2内部设有和凸起1相对应的凹槽3，内锥套2外面套设有外锥套4。内锥套2的内表面和提杆5端部相对应的位置相配合；内锥套2的外表面和外锥套4的内表面相配合。
使用方法，首先在上提杆上套设外锥套，然后对接上下两个提杆的端部，接着用半锥套套在相对应的凸起上，形成一个密封的内锥套，最后将外锥套向下移动，紧固在内锥套的外侧。

1.一种快速连接提杆装置，提杆端部设有凸起，其特征是：凸起外侧套设有内锥套，内锥套为至少2部分组成的锥套，锥套内部设有和凸起相对应的凹槽，内锥套外面套设有外锥套。
