本实用新型所设计的一种带导流板的太阳能热水器集热板,涉及太阳能热水器,解决了目前太阳能热水器集热板的各排水管腔水流不均的技术问题。本实用新型包括一个具有进水管和出水管的本体,本体顶部设有上集管腔,底部设有下集管腔,中间设有排水管腔,本体上靠近进水管一侧设有与排水管腔平行的减压管腔,所述减压管腔的两端分别连接进水管和下集管腔,其特征是所述的下集管腔靠减压管腔的管腔口设有导流板,所述的导流板的下游段向上倾斜。本实用新型的导流板将水流导向靠减压管腔侧的排水管腔,使各排水管腔的水流均衡,使水流充分吸收集热板上的热量,并有效降低下集管腔转角处管腔壁变形、渗漏现象的发生。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及太阳能热水器,尤其是一种带导流板的太阳能热水器集热板。
背景技术
太阳能热水器的集热板通常包括一个由上下两片金属板压制而成的平板本体,本体上设有纵向排列的复数个平行排水管腔和横向排列的上集管腔和下集管腔,上集管腔连接出水管,下集管腔通过一减压管腔连接进水管,水流从进水管到减压管腔后进入下集管腔,再由下集管腔分别进入排水管腔,最后汇入上集管腔至出水管排出,如图1所示。而水从下集管腔进入各排水管腔时,靠减压管腔侧的排水管腔内的水流过小,靠下集管腔下游端的排水管腔内的水流则过大,不能充分吸收集热板的热量;并且水流从减压管腔到下集管腔,需要改变一定角度的流向,故对转角处的管腔壁冲击力较大,易发生变形、渗漏现象。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决上述现有技术的不足而提供一种使各排水管腔水流均衡的带导流板的太阳能热水器集热板。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型所设计的一种带导流板的太阳能热水器集热板,包括一个具有进水管和出水管的本体,本体顶部设有上集管腔,底部设有下集管腔,中间设有排水管腔,本体上靠近进水管一侧设有与排水管腔平行的减压管腔,所述减压管腔的两端分别连接进水管和下集管腔,其特征是所述的下集管腔靠减压管腔的管腔口设有导流板,所述的导流板的下游段向上倾斜。导流板将水流导向靠减压管腔侧的排水管腔,使各排水管腔的水流均衡,使水流充分吸收集热板上的热量;并且对从减压管腔流动到下集管腔的水流进行一定的缓冲作用,减少水流对转角处管腔壁的冲击力,有效降低下集管腔转角处管腔壁变形、渗漏现象的发生。
作为上述结构的进一步完善和补充,本实用新型还包含以下附加技术特征或这些特征的任意组合:
所述的导流板为片状的直板,表面光滑,导流效果好。
所述的导流板水平倾角为10度-25度,此角度范围内,导流效果好,可根据水流流速来选取最佳倾斜角度。
所述的减压管腔有两个,呈并列设置,所述两减压管腔的上管腔口汇合连接进水管,所述两减压管腔的下管腔口汇合连接下集管腔。此结构通过两并列设置的减压管腔来输送待加热的水,在可以保证总体流量的情况下,对进水管流出的水流进行分流,可将减压管腔内径做小,管腔壁收到的水流压力减小,有效降低了减压管腔壁变形、渗漏现象的发生。
所述的进水管和出水管设于本体顶部两端,各排水管腔内的水流汇入上集官腔后,汇入的水流向出水管运动时均沿同一方向,减少水流间的相互干扰,流通顺畅。
所述的两减压管腔尺寸相同,分流分压均衡,两减压管腔可共用一管腔壁,使得共用的管腔壁内外受力相当;所述的减压管腔和排水管腔的横截面均为曲面,热交换面积大,热交换效率高。
所述的减压管腔的长内径小于或等于排水管腔的长内径,减压管腔的口径过大,管腔壁受到的水流冲击力过大,管腔壁易引起变形和渗漏。
所述的减压管腔长内径大于或等于排水管腔长内径的二分之一,减压管腔的口径过小,则排水管腔内水流过小,被加热的水量少。
本实用新型的导流板将水流导向靠减压管腔侧的排水管腔,使各排水管腔的水流均衡,使水流充分吸收集热板上的热量;并且对从减压管腔流动到下集管腔的水流进行一定的缓冲作用,减少水流对转角处管腔壁的冲击力,有效降低下集管腔转角处管腔壁变形、渗漏现象的发生。

如图2所示,本实施例描述的一种带导流板的太阳能热水器集热板,包括一个具有进水管2和出水管3的本体1,本体1顶部设有上集管腔4,底部设有下集管腔5,中间设有排水管腔6,本体1上靠近进水管2一侧设有与排水管腔6平行的两个并列设置的减压管腔7,所述两减压管腔7的上管腔口汇合连接进水管2,所述两减压管腔7的下管腔口汇合连接下集管腔5。
所述的进水管2和出水管3设于本体1顶部两端。所述的两减压管腔7尺寸相同,所述的减压管腔7和排水管腔6的横截面均为曲面。所述的减压管腔7的长内径小于或等于排水管腔6的长内径,所述的减压管腔7长内径大于或等于排水管腔6长内径的二分之一。
所述的下集管腔5靠减压管腔7的管腔口设有导流板8,所述的导流板8的下游段向上倾斜。所述的导流板8为片状的直板,表面光滑。所述的导流板8与水平线的倾角为10度-25度。

1.一种带导流板的太阳能热水器集热板,包括一个具有进水管(2)和出水管(3)的本体(1),本体(1)顶部设有上集管腔(4),底部设有下集管腔(5),中间设有排水管腔(6),本体(1)上靠近进水管(2)一侧设有与排水管腔(6)平行的减压管腔(7),所述减压管腔(7)的两端分别连接进水管(2)和下集管腔(5),其特征是所述的下集管腔(5)靠减压管腔(7)的管腔口设有导流板(8),所述的导流板(8)的下游段向上倾斜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带导流板的太阳能热水器集热板,其特征是所述的导流板(8)为片状的直板,表面光滑。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种带导流板的太阳能热水器集热板,其特征是所述的导流板(8)水平倾角为10度-25度。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种带导流板的太阳能热水器集热板,其特征是所述的减压管腔(7)有两个,呈并列设置,所述两减压管腔(7)的上管腔口汇合连接进水管(2),所述两减压管腔(7)的下管腔口汇合连接下集管腔(5)。
