本实用新型涉及一种矿用领域,具体涉及一种井下可移动式硬体救生舱之隔热墙。
背景技术:
现用的隔热墙保温效果、隔热效果不好,无论是瞬间极度高温(高于1000度)还是长期普通高温隔热,都不能起到良好的保温、隔热的作用。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供一种由阻燃泡沫板、力筋、隔热板、内饰板组成的隔热墙,无论是瞬间极度高温(高于1000度)还是长期普通高温隔热,都能起到良好的作用。
上述的目的通过以下的技术方案实现:
一种井下可移动式硬体救生舱之隔热墙,其组成包括:墙体,所述的墙体一侧顺次连接阻燃泡沫板、隔热板、内饰板,所述的墙体连接力筋,所述的力筋连接固定钢板。
所述的井下可移动式硬体救生舱之隔热墙,所述的固定钢板与所述的力筋之间用螺钉连接固定。
有益效果:
1.本实用新型能够降低热量传导本隔热结构采用的力筋为普通钢板折弯后与墙体焊接,使力筋与墙体之间的接触做到最小,降低了导热速率。
2.本实用新型的隔热结构简单,易于安装,可大大降低隔热材料的安装时间。
3.本实用新型由于采用两种新型隔热材料,无论是瞬间极度高温(高于1000度)还是长期普通高温隔热,都能起到良好的隔热作用,隔热效果更高。
4.本实用新型由于隔热材料采用钢板按压的方式固定,对隔热材料本身不产生任何破坏;最大限度的保护了隔热材料的完整;而“保护用钢板”与“力筋”之间采用螺丝固定,使该隔热结构便于拆卸。

2.根据权利要求1所述的井下可移动式硬体救生舱之隔热墙,其特征是:所述的固定钢板与所述的力筋之间用螺钉连接固定。
