加强型抗生素骨水泥占位器属于医疗器械;在用抗生素骨水泥材料制做的占位器体内部设置金属支承骨架;本占位器结构简单,造价低廉,整体强度大,不易折断,使用效果好,安全性高,有利于患者康复。

本实用新型属于医疗器械,主要涉及一种骨科髋关节手术治疗过程中使用医用器械。
背景技术
目前,用于髋关节手术中使用的占位器仅采用单一的抗生素骨水泥材料制作。由于该类材料的结合密度及支承强度均较差,在医用实践中,当患者置入抗生素骨水泥材料占位器后,在恢复期内不易进行站立行走等功能恢复性锻炼,否则,极易造成抗生素骨水泥占位器在患者体内发生折断事故,严重影响术后患者的康复,且增加了患者的痛苦。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对上述已有技术存在的问题,设计提供一种加强型抗生素骨水泥占位器,达到大幅度提高抗生素骨水泥占位器整体强度、减少折断事故发生、有利于患者使用的目的。
本实用新型的基本设计是,在由抗生素骨水泥材料制做的占位器体内部设置金属支承骨架,构成加强型抗生素骨水泥占位器。
本实用新型通过采用在单一抗生素骨水泥材料制做的占位器体内设置金属支承骨架,大幅度提高了占位器的刚度和强度,避免其折断,具有设计合理、结构简单、造价低廉、使用效果好、安全可靠、有利于患者康复的特点,彻底消除了抗生素骨水泥占位器强度差、易折断的故障。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型最佳实施方案进行详细描述。加强型抗生素骨水泥占位器包括用抗生素骨水泥材料制做的占位器体1,在用抗生素骨水泥材料制做的占位器体1内部设置金属支承骨架2。
在患者手术防感染和消炎治疗期内,将本实用新型置入患者体内手术髋关节部位处,实现占位恢复功能。在治疗恢复期内,为避免患者肌肉萎缩,患者可适当进行行走等功能性锻炼,金属支承骨架2有效支承人体重力,防止抗生素骨水泥占位器体1在体内折断,保护患者安全,提高治疗效果。
