本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种用于辊道窑事故孔的稳固性强、保温性能高的过桥结构。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型所提供的技术方案为:一种用于辊道窑事故孔的过桥结构,所述的过桥结构由一块重质异型砖及两块莫来石异型砖拼砌形成,其中,重质异型砖横贯于事故孔两侧的窑墙上,并位于事故孔上方,莫来石异型砖左右对称的分布在重质异型砖两侧。
所述拼砌后的重质异型砖及莫来石异型砖均位于窑墙内。

下面结合附图1和附图2对本实用新型作进一步说明,本实用新型的较佳实施例为:本实施例所述的过桥结构由一块重质异型砖3及两块莫来石异型砖2拼砌形成,其中,重质异型砖3横贯于事故孔4两侧的窑墙1上,并位于事故孔4上方,莫来石异型砖2左右对称的分布在重质异型砖3两侧。拼砌后的重质异型砖3及莫来石异型砖2均位于窑墙1内。本实施例利用轻质砖的保温隔热优良性,重质异型砖3的抗急冷急热性及异型莫来石2重质砖的整体性,由一块重质异型砖3及两块莫来石异型砖2拼砌形成的横跨窑炉事故孔4的过桥结构集稳固性和保温隔热优良性于一体,因此,本方案不仅能满足现代陶瓷企业发展对窑炉窑体稳固可靠、窑炉墙体保温隔热功能的需求,而且避免在生产过程中因更换事故孔而损坏窑墙,同时还能实现环保节能、降低能耗、提高企业经济效益。
