Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种改进的车轮毛坯周转托盘，在托盘表面设置加强筋，托盘边缘设置为“几”字型结构。增强边缘的强度，对外力的撞击起到缓冲的作用，以防叉车碰撞造成隔板损坏。

本实用新型涉及一种通用工具，具体地说涉及一种承载物品的托盘。
背景技术
现有技术的车轮毛坯托盘如图1所示，主要问题是其强度无法满足现场使用要求，更换频繁寿命低，多数托盘损坏严重。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种改进的车轮毛坯周转托盘。本实用新型的技术方案为：在托盘表面设置加强筋，托盘边缘设置为“几”字型结构。增强边缘的强度，对外力的撞击起到缓冲的作用，以防叉车碰撞造成隔板损坏。
改变本实用新型的加工方式，采用吸塑成型替代原有的注塑成型，吸塑成型主要原理是将平展的塑料片材加热变软后，采用真空吸附于模具表面，冷却后成型而成，其具有制作成本低，产量高，模具费用低等特点。

如图2所示，本实用新型改进的车轮毛坯周转托盘在托盘表面设置加强筋，托盘边缘设置为“几”字型结构。
