技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种锂电池部件,尤其是用于汽车动力锂电池的部件。
背景技术
目前,用于汽车动力的锂电池通常包括外壳、正负极端子、和电芯。电芯通常由正极片、负极片和隔膜卷绕而成。
申请号为200620003587.2的中国专利公开了一种用于卷绕锂电池电芯的卷芯,包括基本呈扁平状的固定片、基本呈扁平状的活动片和夹头,所述固定片固定在夹头上,所述夹头上有导向销、固定片上有开口、活动片上有开口、活动片上有导向销,所述固定片上的开口与活动片上的导向销插接,所述活动片上的开口与夹头上的导向销插接,其特征在于:所述固定片的宽度b与所述活动片的宽度a均小于其两者插接配合后的宽度c。
上述申请公开的技术方案中,卷芯是一种工装,电芯卷绕后,卷芯将从电芯中取出,这样正负极片卷绕后是比较松散的,不利于电池内部电子的运动,从而引起了电池内阻大、导电率低的问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种锂动力电池卷绕芯板,其直接置于锂电池电芯内,支撑正负极片紧密贴合。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:
一种锂动力电池卷绕芯板,包括薄板状本体、设置在本体一端的安装柄和设置在本体另一端的定位凸起;
所述本体为长方形,所述安装柄与所述定位凸起分别位于长方形两个相对的边上。
所述本体上开有多个通孔。
所述锂动力电池卷绕芯板为绝缘且耐电解液腐蚀材料制成。

本实用新型锂动力电池卷绕芯板能够给正极片和负极片提供张力从而使正极片和负极片紧密贴合,缩短锂离子移动的距离,增加电池内部的导电性,减小因接触不好造成的电阻,提高电池的倍率性能,增加电池的寿命。使用本实用新型锂动力电池卷绕芯板进行卷绕时,省去了电芯从工装卷芯上取下的工序,避免了隔膜偏移。

具体实施方式
如图1,一种锂动力电池卷绕芯板,包括薄板状本体1、设置在本体一端的安装柄11和设置在本体另一端的定位凸起12;本体1为长方形,安装柄11与所述定位凸起12分别位于长方形两个相对的边上。
安装柄11与卷绕机的原有的转轴相连,定位凸起12与卷绕机原有的定位工装相连,目的是保证卷绕时卷绕芯板位置稳定,避免卷绕不均匀。
本体1上开有多个通孔13,目的是为了减轻重量以及使电解液流过,通孔13的形状可以是多边形,圆形,甚至不规则图形。
锂动力电池卷绕芯板为绝缘且耐电解液腐蚀材料制成,如改性高分子树脂类材料,具体可以是pvc板,环氧树脂板等。
如图2,锂动力电池卷绕芯板本体1能够给正负极片2提供张力从而使正负极片紧密贴合。

1.一种锂动力电池卷绕芯板,其特征在于,包括薄板状本体、设置在本体一端的安装柄和设置在本体另一端的定位凸起;
所述本体为长方形,所述安装柄与所述定位凸起分别位于长方形两个相对的边上。
2.如权利要求1所述的锂动力电池卷绕芯板,其特征在于,所述本体上开有多个通孔。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的锂动力电池卷绕芯板,其特征在于,所述锂动力电池卷绕芯板为绝缘且耐电解液腐蚀材料制成。
