目前铝门窗使用的滑撑都是三角滑撑,即它由三条杆体构成,其中第一杆体为固定槽杆,该固定槽杆上设有滑槽,滑槽内设有滑块,第二杆体和第三杆体互成铰链连接,第二杆体的另一端与滑块铰接,第三杆体的另一端与第一杆体铰接,这种滑撑承托能力有限,稳定性和安全性能都差,常常出现坠窗事故发生,而且在完全打开状态时,滑块距离第一杆体和第三杆体的铰点较近,若要关闭时,容易导致滑块与滑槽卡死现象,难以关闭铝门窗。

本实用新型的目的是为了克服上述现有技术的缺点,提供一种承托能力强,稳定性和安全性能都较好,开关可靠的铝门窗滑撑。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供的技术方案为:一种铝门窗滑撑,包括有槽杆、滑块和铰接杆组,滑块置于槽杆的滑槽内,铰接杆组由第一铰接杆、第二铰接杆、第三铰接杆和第四铰接杆,四条铰接杆依次铰接成四边形,第一铰接杆靠近槽杆的一端延伸至与槽杆铰接,第三铰接杆和第四铰接杆共同与滑块铰接。
采用上述技术方案后,滑撑的承托能力得到极大地提高,从而提高了铝门窗的安全性,而且其转动的稳定性相比三角滑撑更好,在铝门窗完全打开的状态下,滑块距离第一杆体和第三杆体的铰点较远,不会出现卡死不能关闭的现象发生。
