现有建筑中墙面抹灰技术，是在墙面上每隔1.6-1.8米见方做一个灰饼，灰饼砂浆收水后，在上、下两个灰饼之间压出宽度为2.5-3厘米的标筋，作为墙面抹底灰的厚度标准，标筋收水后在标筋之间抹砂浆垫平标筋并略高于标筋为准，然后按标筋刮平砂浆。这种方法的缺点是在抹灰的墙面砂浆收水后，抹灰的墙面要低于灰蒂，还需要再清除灰蒂，即费工时，又浪费材料。
