其技术方案是：半自动砂带双面抛光机，其特征是：机座下部有油泵电机和油泵，上部是工作台拖板、前后左右推动油缸；工作台拖板上面为工作台，操作盘、轴承座、砂带设置于工作台；移动机座由汽缸顶住，移动机座上设置前后移动板，前后移动板两端设置轴承座，压力调节盘、调节弹簧在前后移动板中间位置和压力，工作主轴通过轴承座与砂带相接。
其优点：体积小，操作简单，功效高；抛光亮度、精密度比传统的要高得多，且省电省人工耐用。

工作台4上根据不同的工件做上不同的夹具把工件装在两个工作轮中间.机座1里面有液压油，油缸9A推动工作台拖板2和工作台4一起前后移动，工作电机3B装上电机轮15经过砂带5带动橡胶轮16运转。左右推动油缸9B推动工作台4左右移动。汽缸7顶动移动机座14上下移动。压力调节盘10调节调节弹簧压力17。轴承座6固定轴承。电机3A带动油泵共液压系统。前后移动板13在移动机座14上前后移动。操作盘11控制油泵电机3A、工作电机3B、液压系统和气动系统。半自动砂带双面抛光机的优势：操作简单一个人可以代替几十个人工作，精密度高，抛光亮度比传统要高得多省电耐用。
