切削加工时经常会遇到壳形的盒零件，例如，汽车件中有一种盒零件，底部为方便固定设有吊耳，顶部设有盒盖，整个零件呈不规则形状，同时盒零件又存在内腔，刚性受到限制，切削加工时难以夹持且不易定位，影响成品的加工精度。

为了克服现有技术的缺陷，提供一种的结构简单、使用方便、夹持力适合的夹具，本实用新型公开了一种用于带连接搭扣盒形零件的夹具。
本实用新型通过如下技术方案达到发明目的：
一种用于带连接搭扣盒形零件的夹具，包括平台，平台水平固定，其特征是：还包括限位销和气动夹，平台上开有通孔，限位销和气缸都固定在平台上，限位销设于通孔的外围，气动夹设于限位销的一侧。

一种用于带连接搭扣盒形零件的夹具，包括平台1、限位销2和气动夹3，如图1所示，具体结构是：平台1水平固定，平台1上开有通孔4，限位销2和气缸3都固定在平台1上，限位销2设于通孔的外围，气动夹4设于限位销2的一侧。本实施例中，定位销2共有5个，其中3个定位销2排列成等腰三角形，另2个定位销2的连线和所述等腰三角形的底边垂直。
本实施例使用时，将待加工盒零件嵌入定位销2所确定的区域内并依靠定位销2予以定位，待加工盒零件的底面和平台1贴紧，启动气动夹3，使气动夹3的气动爪伸出并锁紧待加工盒零件，即可实施切削加工。
