技术领域
本实用新型涉及污水处理装置，具体为一种搅拌式过滤器。
背景技术
常用的过滤器结构基本是在密封过滤罐体中设置滤料层，将污水排入过滤罐体，并施加一定压力，污水就会流经各层滤料，滤料就会将污水中的大多数固体杂质拦截，从过滤罐体出水口流出的水就可以进入下一个净化步骤。
但是，随着杂质的增加，过滤器的滤料层经常会出现板结、堵塞，也出现了一种设置有搅拌桨的过滤器，这种过滤器的搅拌桨设置在滤料层的底部，可以通过搅拌方式有效防止杂质堵塞滤孔，但是，传统的搅拌式过滤器在滤料层出现板结、需要检修或者需要更换滤料时，操作十分不便；而且搅拌桨容易生锈，使用寿命较短，更换次数频繁，导致工作效率较低。
实用新型内容
为解决搅拌式过滤器在滤料层出现板结、需要检修或者更换时操作不方便的问题，本实用新型提供了一种搅拌式过滤器。
一种搅拌式过滤器，包括过滤器罐体，该罐体上端设置进水口，下端设置出水口和排污口，该罐体内部设置过滤隔板，过滤隔板上分布滤料层，所述罐体还设置有搅拌装置，该搅拌装置包括安装在罐体顶部的搅拌电机和安装在罐体内部的搅拌桨，所述搅拌电机传动连接搅拌桨，所述罐体的侧壁开设滤料检修孔。
作为进一步优化，所述搅拌桨位于滤料层上方。
作为进一步优化，所述搅拌桨的表面涂覆防腐层。
而且，滤料检修孔的安装位置需要与滤料层的位置一致，以满足工作需求。
由于采用了上述技术方案，本实用新型利用位于滤料层上方的搅拌桨对输入的污水进行搅拌，有效防止杂质在滤料层表面的板结，涂覆防腐层的搅拌桨因其良好的耐腐蚀性能，能够减少更换次数，延长使用寿命，保证生产的连续性；在罐体侧壁设置的滤料检修孔，可以非常方便的对各滤料层进行检查、维修或者更换。

下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型进一步说明。
本实施例为设置有两层过滤隔板的搅拌式过滤器。
如图1所示，该搅拌式过滤器包括过滤器罐体1，罐体1上端设置进水口2，下端设置出水口3和排污口4，罐体1内部设置两层过滤隔板，分别为上层过滤隔板5和下层过滤隔板5’，上层过滤隔板5、下层过滤隔板5’上分别分布上滤料层6和下滤料层6’，在上滤料层6工作区域的罐体侧壁安装有上部滤料检修孔7，同样的，在下滤料层6’工作区域的罐体侧壁安装有下部滤料检修孔7’，罐体1还设置有搅拌装置，该搅拌装置包括安装在罐体1顶部的搅拌电机9和安装在罐体1内部的两根搅拌桨，其中上搅拌桨8位于上滤料层6上方，下搅拌桨8’位于下滤料层6’的上方，搅拌桨的表面均涂覆防腐层。
本实用新型的工作原理如下：
污水由进水口2输入，进入罐体1内部，流经上滤料层6和下滤料层6’进行过滤，处理完的水从罐体1下端的出水口3排出，污物由排污口4排出；在工作过程中，搅拌装置对污水进行搅拌，有效防止杂质在滤料层表面板结，搅拌桨表面涂覆有防腐层，可以延长搅拌桨的使用寿命，保证生产的连续性；滤料检修孔可以非常方便的对各滤料层进行检查、维修或者更换。
本实用新型不局限于上述具体实施方式，一切基于本实用新型的技术构思，所作出的结构上的改进，均落入本实用新型的保护范围之中。

1.一种搅拌式过滤器，包括过滤器罐体，该罐体上端设置进水口，下端设置出水口和排污口，该罐体内部设置过滤隔板，过滤隔板上分布滤料层，其特征在于：所述罐体还设置有搅拌装置，该搅拌装置包括安装在罐体顶部的搅拌电机和安装在罐体内部的搅拌桨，所述搅拌电机传动连接搅拌桨，所述罐体的侧壁开设滤料检修孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种搅拌式过滤器，其特征在于：所述搅拌桨位于滤料层上方。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种搅拌式过滤器，其特征在于：所述搅拌桨表面涂覆防腐层。
