技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种储存光纤的用具,尤其是光纤收线盘具。 
背景技术
现有的光纤收线盘具的收线长度一般为25KM,随着光纤强度的不断提高,使增加光纤收线盘具的收线长度成为可能,这样可以提高盘具利用率、降低成本。但是,现有的光纤收线盘具的结构及强度难以适应增加收线长度的需要。 
发明内容
为了克服现有光纤收线盘具的不足,本实用新型提供一种60KM长度的光纤的收线盘具,通过增加盘具的排线宽度来增加光纤的收线长度,这就要解决在增加盘具的排线宽度和光纤的收线长度以后容易引起收线盘具的变形的问题,即需要提高收线盘具的强度。 
本实用新型提供的一种60KM长度的光纤的收线盘具,包括收线卷筒及固定在收线卷筒两侧的圆形侧板,在收线卷筒的空腔内的盘芯孔与收线卷筒的内壁之间设有均匀分布的轴向加强筋。 
本实用新型的有益效果是:收线盘具强度高,能够适应60KM长度的光纤收线的需要,收线盘具不会变形,提高盘具利用率、降低成本。

具体实施方式
参照图1、图2,在收线卷筒2的空腔内的盘芯孔4与收线卷筒2的内壁之间设置均匀分布的轴向加强筋3,加强筋3可以采用钢材制作。再在收线卷筒2两侧固定圆形侧板,即制成本实用新型。
