削菠萝眼三角刀，由一钢片弯制成带两夹持翼，并在端面两翼上开有刃口的三角形刀组成，当用普通刀将菠萝皮削去，露出菠萝眼时，将削菠萝眼三角刀夹持在普通刀叶面上，然后用三角刀刃口对着成排的菠萝眼削去，既可挖去菠萝眼，也可用三角刀口对着菠萝眼一个个单挑挖出菠萝眼。

背景技术：现有的刀大都只能削去菠萝外皮，没有挖去菠萝眼的功能，即使有一体式或可拆式带三角刀的削菠萝刀，也因增加了配套的刀具而增加了成本，不便使用。
实用新型内容：本实用新型的目的，是发明一种可与普通刀具相匹配使用的削菠萝眼三角刀。
削菠萝眼三角刀，由钢片弯制成带两夹持翼，并在前端开有刃口的三角刀组成，两夹持翼形成的折叠夹可夹持在普通刀具上，而三角形刃口则用于挖菠萝眼。当用普通刀将菠萝皮削去后，用夹持在普通刀叶面上的三角刀刃口对准菠萝上成排的菠萝眼削去，即可削去菠萝眼，不用时也可方便拆下清洗或打磨。

使用时，当用普通刀具削去菠萝外皮后，露出菠萝眼，然后用削菠萝眼三角刀夹持翼夹在普通刀叶面，再用三角刃口对准菠萝表面分布的菠萝眼成排削去，即可削去菠萝眼，也可用三角刀刃口对着菠萝眼一个个单挑挖出菠萝眼。

2.根据权利要求1所述的削菠萝眼三角形刀，其特征在于三角刀的两翼上的夹持翼是向后折叠而成，使其可夹持在普通刀叶面上。
