一种太极形磁铁磁力拖动装置,该磁力拖动装置由定子和转子组成,所述定子的形状为圆形环体,在圆形环体的两端部的体壁上均匀镶嵌有多个永磁磁铁,所述的转子为固定于转子轴上的两块环形板,环形板的直径小于圆形环体的内径,两块环形板外侧面之间的距离小于圆形环体的长度,在两块环形板之间铰接有太极形磁铁对,转子通过左端盖、左转子轴承、右端盖和右转子轴承旋转固定在定子内。

本实用新型所述的太极形磁铁对合在一起为一个正圆,太极形磁铁对中上磁铁的铰接孔的中心在正圆的上半径的中点,下磁铁的铰接孔的中心在正圆的下半径的中点,上磁铁的头端和尾端的圆弧的圆心分别为正圆的上半径的中点和下半径的中点,下磁铁的头端和尾端的圆弧的圆心分别为正圆的下半径的中点和上半径的中点。
本实用新型通过联轴器安装在动力装置与做工装置之间或者安装在动力装置、做工装置的轴端。
本实用新型在动力装置带动旋转后能够将定子磁铁与转子磁铁之间的斥力作用到传动轴上转换成辅助动力,经试验能够节约5%的电能。

如图所示,一种太极形磁铁磁力拖动装置,该磁力拖动装置由定子1和转子5组成,所述定子1的形状为圆形环体,在圆形环体的两端部的体壁上均匀镶嵌有多个永磁磁铁6,所述的转子5为固定于转子轴4上的两块环形板,环形板的直径小于圆形环体的内径,两块环形板外侧面之间的距离小于圆形环体的长度,在两块环形板之间铰接有太极形磁铁对7、8,转子5通过左端盖9、左转子轴承10、右端盖2和右转子轴承3旋转固定在定子1内。所述的太极形磁铁对7、8的铰轴的轴线与转子轴4的轴线之间有11°的夹角。所述的太极形磁铁对7、8合在一起为一个正圆,太极形磁铁对7、8中上磁铁7的铰接孔的中心在正圆的上半径的中点,下磁铁8的铰接孔的中心在正圆的下半径的中点,上磁铁7的头端和尾端的圆弧的圆心分别为正圆的上半径的中点和下半径的中点,下磁铁8的头端和尾端的圆弧的圆心分别为正圆的下半径的中点和上半径的中点。

1.一种太极形磁铁磁力拖动装置,其特征在于:该磁力拖动装置由定子(1)和转子(5)组成,所述定子(1)的形状为圆形环体,在圆形环体的两端部的体壁上均匀镶嵌有多个永磁磁铁(6),所述的转子(5)为固定于转子轴(4)上的两块环形板,环形板的直径小于圆形环体的内径,两块环形板外侧面之间的距离小于圆形环体的长度,在两块环形板之间铰接有太极形磁铁对(7、8),转子(5)通过左端盖(9)、左转子轴承(10)、右端盖(2)和右转子轴承(3)旋转固定在定子(1)内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种太极形磁铁磁力拖动装置,其特征在于:所述的太极形磁铁对(7、8)的铰轴的轴线与转子轴(4)的轴线之间有11°的夹角。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种太极形磁铁磁力拖动装置,其特征在于:所述的太极形磁铁对(7、8)合在一起为一个正圆,太极形磁铁对(7、8)中上磁铁(7)的铰接孔的中心在正圆的上半径的中点,下磁铁(8)的铰接孔的中心在正圆的下半径的中点,上磁铁(7)的头端和尾端的圆弧的圆心分别为正圆的上半径的中点和下半径的中点,下磁铁(8)的头端和尾端的圆弧的圆心分别为正圆的下半径的中点和上半径的中点。
