本实用新型涉及生物质气化炉,尤其是一种利用生物质燃气发电机组的尾气热交换加热装置。
背景技术
可再生能源是人类今后可持续发展的重要能源,利用稻壳、木屑、秸杆、椰子青皮粉、棕榈杆等废弃生物质为燃料,用空气作气化剂,在常压下进行燃烧,控制炉温下使燃料热解气化,产生生物质燃气,经净化、冷却后的洁净气体燃料,可用于发电机或供给城镇居民作生活燃气之用。现有生物质气化炉直接用鼓风机吹来空气作气化剂,与生物质燃料燃烧,在温度控制下使燃料热解气化,但气化所产生的气体中,氮气含量较高,同时可燃气体在燃气发电机组内燃烧后产生的烟气温度较高。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单,采用燃气发电机组排出尾气,利用排出尾气的温度来加热水、空气,被加热的水、空气再引入生物质气化炉,有利于提高生物质气化炉产可燃气体的效率。
本实用新型的目的所采用技术方案是,包括燃气发电机组的尾气排气管接通的输气管一端;蒸汽发生器;空气预热器;风机;生物质气化炉,其所述的输气管另一端接通蒸汽发生器的进气口,蒸汽发生器的出气口接通连接管一端,连接管另一端接通空气预热器的进气口,空气预热器的出气口接通排气管,水管接通蒸汽发生器的进水口,蒸汽发生器出汽口接通汽管一端,汽管另一端接通生物质气化炉下端进口,风机接通管一端,管接通空气预热器的进风口,空气预热器的出风口接通进气管一端,进气管另一端接通生物质气化炉下端进口。
本实用新型,利用热交换器对水、空气进行热交换加温,产生的水蒸汽、热空气进入炉体,增加气化剂提高生物质气化炉的产出可燃气体,氮气含量减小,其结构简单紧凑,制作方便,有效利用燃气发电机组尾气的余热,降低了对环境的热污染,同时加热水和空气作为气化剂也提高了气化炉的热效率,降低了气化炉产生气体中氮气的含量、增加了可燃气体的含量。
