背景技术
目前钢结构除锈一般采用电动钢丝刷进行在空中除锈，由于在高空除锈不能使用喷砂除锈的缺点，会使钢结构的狭小缝隙(4～10mm)内的锈皮无法清除，尤其是钢结构在空中锈蚀后在防腐处理时，由于钢结构的狭小缝隙(4～10mm)的锈斑极难处理，一般的除锈器具无法将狭小缝隙内的锈皮除掉。
发明内容
本实用新型旨在克服现有技术的缺陷，提供一种除锈器，重量轻、操作方便、制造简便。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型是这样实现的：
一种除锈器，包括把手和带体，该带体的厚度为0.1-2mm，在带体的两端分别设有连接把手的连接孔，带体上包有砂布或砂纸。
所述的除锈器，带体为钢带或尼龙带。
本实用新型的有益效果是：克服了局部缝隙中的锈除不到位的缺点，具有重量轻、操作方便、制造简便，易于采用工业化生产，施工安装周期短等特点。

具体实施方式
如图1所示：一种除锈器，包括把手1和带体2，该带体2的厚度为0.1-2mm，带体2为钢带或尼龙带，在带体2的两端分别设有连接把手1的连接孔3，所述带体2上包有砂布4或砂纸4。
使用时，将35～50mm长的钢带2两端分别开一个Φ4的孔，将钢带2的一端通过连接孔3与把手1连接，再用砂布4或砂纸4缠绕钢带固定后，穿过缝隙，将钢带2的另一端通过连接孔3与把手1连接并用螺丝拉紧就可进行狭小缝隙锈蚀的除锈。使用本实用新型，将除锈器具穿入钢结构的狭小缝隙，成功的解决缝隙内的锈皮无法解决的问题，避免了高空钢结构锈蚀解体除锈的难题，使用该器具提高了钢结构在空中除锈的速度，对钢结构防腐效果起到关键作用，具有重量轻、操作方便、制造简便，易于采用工业化生产，施工安装周期短等特点。

1.一种除锈器，包括把手，其特征在于：它还包括带体，该带体的厚度为0.1-2mm，在带体的两端分别设有连接把手的连接孔，所述带体上包有砂布或砂纸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的除锈器，其特征在于：所述带体为钢带或尼龙带。
