本实用新型涉及一种机械工具，特别是涉及一种分卷机组铲刀装置。
背景技术
目前，国内各厂家的分卷机组在平整和分卷前须先开卷，利用铲刀将钢卷头部剥离，然后将钢板头部残坏和圆弧型的部分切掉，钢板头部切直后方便钳口咬合。开卷时必须采用合金的铲刀将钢卷剥离，铲刀在生产过程中，铲刀刀刃经常出现损坏的情况，该损坏处在剥离钢卷头部时，容易造成钢卷表面划伤。现场使用的分卷线机组开卷器铲刀与刀架采用螺栓连接，而刀架是通过液压缸和导向槽固定的，在更换时非常的繁琐且工作量较大。铲刀损坏时，必须先将刀架从设备上拆卸下来，再更换铲刀，由于实际生产过程中，不能及时发现铲刀损坏的情况，导致铲刀划伤钢板，造成大量的废品，降低了企业的效益。

本实用新型克服了现有技术中的不足，提供了一种结构设计合理，安装拆卸方便的分卷机组铲刀装置。
为了解决上述问题，本实用新型采用以下技术方案：
一种分卷机组铲刀装置，包括刀体和刀架，其特征在于，刀架上设有燕尾槽，刀体上设有凸块，凸块的形状大小与燕尾槽相对应，刀体与刀架之间通过凸块和燕尾槽的配合安装而固定在一起。

本实用新型结构简单、安装拆卸方便，可定时拆卸检查铲刀的磨损情况，从而达到了及时发现铲刀磨损情况的目的，最大限度的减少了铲刀划伤钢板的现象，提高了企业的效益。

具体实施方式
一种分卷机组铲刀装置，如图1、图2所示，包括刀体1和刀架2，刀架2上设有燕尾槽4，刀体1上设有凸块3，凸块3的形状大小与燕尾槽4相对应，刀体1与刀架2之间通过凸块3和燕尾槽4的配合安装而固定在一起。
本实用新型装置结构简单，刀体1和刀架2之间通过插接固定而无需螺栓连接，从而降低了安装拆卸难度，可定时拆卸检查刀体1的情况，避免刀体1划伤钢板的现象。
