本实用新型涉及一种开卷机弹性防护装置，包括挡圈和弹性橡胶块，挡圈安装在开卷机卷轴头部，挡圈两侧分别与钢卷和开卷机边部挡板接触，卷轴和挡圈之间设有弹性橡胶块。本实用新型装置结构简单，使用方便，能够防止开卷机钢卷出现塔形而撞击挡板，从而降低了废品率，提高了企业效益。

本实用新型涉及一种防护装置，特别是涉及一种开卷机弹性防护装置。
背景技术
取向硅钢热拉伸平整机组在入口上料开卷生产过程中，由于带钢表面残存大量的氧化镁粉尘，使钢卷层与层之间容易发生相对滑动，钢卷在向心力作用下从芯部开始向端部挡板方向逐渐滑动而出现塔形，由于端部挡板与卷轴之间间隙过大(如果间隙小，则挡板无法关闭)，则钢卷的塔形头部会把端部挡板顶开，同时，钢卷边部受到挤压后严重窝边，产生大量塔形卷，导致无法生产并造成大量废品，极大的影响了机组的成材率。
发明内容
本实用新型克服了现有技术中的不足，提供了一种结构简单，使用方便，可防止钢卷发生塔形现象的开卷机弹性防护装置。
为了解决上述问题，本实用新型采用以下技术方案：
一种开卷机弹性防护装置，包括挡圈和弹性橡胶块，挡圈安装在开卷机卷轴头部，挡圈两侧分别与钢卷和开卷机边部挡板接触，卷轴和挡圈之间设有弹性橡胶块。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果是：
本实用新型结构简单，使用方便，可防止钢卷在开卷过程中发生塔形并撞击边部挡板，防止钢卷边部受挤压变形，从而有效的降低了废品率，提高了企业效益。

具体实施方式
改进前，开卷机结构如图2所示，由于钢卷3与边部挡板5之间留有空隙，工作工程中，钢卷3头部形成塔形，撞击边部挡板5，导致钢卷3损伤，从而增加了废品率。
本实用新型针对现有技术中存在的问题，设计出一种开卷机弹性防护装置，如图1所示，包括挡圈1和弹性橡胶块2，挡圈1安装在开卷机卷轴4头部，挡圈1两侧分别与钢卷3和开卷机边部挡板5接触，卷轴4和挡圈1之间设有弹性橡胶块2。
机组入口完成上卷工作后，即可把本实用新型装置安装在开卷机卷轴4头部，然后将开卷机卷轴4涨径，则挡圈1在弹性橡胶块2的作用下被固定在卷轴4头部。确认挡圈1无松动后，将开卷机边部挡板5关上，则生产钢卷3在挡圈1的作用下不会出现塔形的现象。

1.一种开卷机弹性防护装置，其特征在于，包括挡圈和弹性橡胶块，挡圈安装在开卷机卷轴头部，挡圈两侧分别与钢卷和开卷机边部挡板接触，卷轴和挡圈之间设有弹性橡胶块。
