一种过滤器，包括主体管道、过滤管道、滤网、孔板、排污接管和排污阀，过滤管道从主体管道引出，过滤管道内安装有滤网，主体管道内与过滤管道连接处设有孔板，还包括导流管，导流管连接于主体管道和过滤管道之间，排污接管和排污阀安装于过滤管道下端导流管对侧滤网壁处。本实用新型的低阻Y型过滤器，是在Y型过滤器的基础上增加了导流管，并把排污系统的排污接管和排污阀移至滤网内壁的最下端，从而降低了过滤器的阻力、减少了能量消耗，提高了排净度。

本实用新型涉及集中供热节能系统，尤其涉及一种过滤器。
背景技术
现有的Y型过滤器结构如图1所示，流体从入口5流入，经过滤网3后反流进入主体管道2再从出口11流出，污物被留在滤网3内，通过排污接管7和排污阀8进行定期排污，从而保证流体清洁干净，此种过滤器运行阻力大，耗能高，不利于节能，同时由于排污系统的排污接管7和排污阀8不在过滤网3的内壁最下端，使得污物排不净。
发明内容
为了解决过滤器运行阻力大、耗能高和污物排不净的技术问题，本实用新型提供了一种过滤器。
本实用新型为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是：一种过滤器，包括主体管道、过滤管道、滤网、孔板、排污接管和排污阀，过滤管道从主体管道引出，过滤管道内安装有滤网，主体管道内与过滤管道连接处设有孔板，排污接管和排污阀安装于过滤管道下端，其特征在于：还包括导流管，导流管连接于主体管道和过滤管道之间。
排污接管和排污阀安装于过滤网最下端的内壁处。
本实用新型的过滤器，在Y型过滤器的基础上增加了导流管，并把排污系统的排污接管和排污阀移至滤网内壁的最下端，从而降低了过滤器的阻力、减少了能量消耗，提高了排净度。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的低阻Y型过滤器结构如图2所示，包括主体管道2、过滤管道10、滤网3、孔板4、排污接管7、排污阀8和导流管12，主体管道2两端安装法兰1，过滤管道10从主体管道2引出，过滤管道10内安装有滤网3，主体管道2内与过滤管道10连接处设有孔板4，过滤管道10下端安装法兰盖9，导流管12连接于主体管道2和过滤管道10之间，排污接管7和排污阀8安装于过滤网3最下端的内壁处，法兰盖9上部螺母处安装有垫片6，各部件通过焊接和螺栓等形式进行连接，形成一个整体。
流体从入口5流入，通过孔板4进入滤网3过滤后，一部分流体直接和反流进入主体管道2，另一部分流体经导流管12进入主体管道2，减小了运行阻力，节约了能源；进入主体管道2的流体从出口11流出，污物被留在滤网3内，通过排污接管7和排污阀8进行定期排污，从而保证流体清洁干净；把排污系统的排污接管7和排污阀8移至滤网3最下端的内壁处，又提高了排净度。

1.一种过滤器，包括主体管道（2）、过滤管道（10）、滤网（3）、孔板（4）、排污接管（7）和排污阀（8），过滤管道（10）从主体管道（2）引出，过滤管道（10）内安装有滤网（3），主体管道（2）内与过滤管道（10）连接处设有孔板（4），排污接管（7）和排污阀（8）安装于过滤管道（10）下端，其特征在于：还包括导流管（12），导流管（12）连接于主体管道（2）和过滤管道（10）之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种过滤器，其特征在于：排污接管（7）和排污阀（8）安装于过滤网（3）下端的内壁处。
