本实用新型是一种壁挂式热泵热水器水箱内胆，其特征在于包括第一封头（3）、中桶（4）及第二封头（7），其中中桶（4）呈筒柱状，两端设置有较浅的扩口（41），第一封头（3）和第二封头（7）均呈球顶帽状，其较浅的筒柱状端口过盈配合套装在中桶（4）的两端扩口（41）内焊接，由第一封头（3）、中桶（4）及第二封头（7）组装成的内胆内表面上烧制有一层搪瓷层（9）。本实用新型由于采用在由第一封头、中桶及第二封头组装成的内胆内表面上附有一层搪瓷层的结构，从而大大提高了热泵热水器的防腐蚀性能，不但延长了整机的使用寿命，而且更为安全可靠，对推广和普及热泵热水器这种新技术产品奠定了有利的市场基础。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种壁挂式热泵热水器水箱内胆，属于壁挂式热泵热水器水箱内胆的改进技术。
背景技术
目前市场上热泵热水器水箱大多使用不锈钢内胆，随着使用时间的延长，不锈钢内胆的腐蚀穿孔事件时有发生，具统计，有95%的腐蚀穿孔均发生在不锈钢内胆的焊缝附近；其实不锈钢所含的铬会与氧气形成一层坚固的富氧饨化膜覆盖在表面，而且这层饨化膜具有自我修补的功能，使饨化膜在水箱中的溶液中处于不断溶解和随时形成的动态平衡状态，但是，在不锈钢高温焊接时如果操作不当就会破坏不锈钢表面的这层饨化膜，打破饨化膜的平衡状态，使杂质与不锈钢发生反应产生腐蚀，久之腐蚀点形成穿孔导致漏水；不锈钢内胆腐蚀漏水须更换整个水箱，有时水箱更换困难就需要更换整个热泵热水器，使整机使用寿命缩短，漏水后还会造成电器使用的安全隐患，不但增加了生产厂家的维护成本，而且给用户造成损失，容易引起投诉，使社会大众更难接受热泵热水器这种新技术产品，不利于市场推广和应用普及。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于考虑上述问题而提供一种使用寿命长、防腐蚀效果好、安全可靠、适用范围广的壁挂式热泵热水器水箱内胆。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种壁挂式热泵热水器水箱内胆，包括第一封头、中桶及第二封头，其中中桶呈筒柱状，两端设置有较浅的扩口，第一封头和第二封头均呈球顶帽状，其较浅的筒柱状端口过盈配合套装在中桶的两端扩口内焊接，由第一封头、中桶及第二封头组装成的内胆内表面上烧制有一层搪瓷层。
所述中桶的底部装设有进水管及出水管，侧部焊装有挂板座，第一封头的球顶部焊装吊耳，第二封头的球顶部焊装有法兰。
所述第一封头、中桶及第二封头由铁材料制成。
本实用新型由于采用在由第一封头、中桶及第二封头组装成的内胆内表面上附有一层搪瓷层的结构，从而大大提高了热泵热水器的防腐蚀性能，不但延长了整机的使用寿命，而且更为安全可靠，对推广和普及热泵热水器这种新技术产品奠定了有利的市场基础。

下面结合附图及实施例对本实用新型作进一步描述。
如图1所示，本实用新型壁挂式热泵热水器水箱内胆，包括第一封头3、中桶4及第二封头7，其中中桶4呈筒柱状，两端设置有较浅的扩口41，第一封头3和第二封头7均呈球顶帽状，其较浅的筒柱状端口过盈配合套装在中桶4的两端扩口41内焊接，由第一封头3、中桶4及第二封头7组装成的内胆内表面上烧制有一层搪瓷层9。所述第一封头3、中桶4及第二封头7由铁材料制成。
本实施例中，所述中桶4的底部装设有进水管5及出水管10，侧部焊装有挂板座6，第一封头3的球顶部焊装有吊耳2，第二封头7的球顶部焊装有法兰8。

1.一种壁挂式热泵热水器水箱内胆，其特征在于包括第一封头（3）、中桶（4）及第二封头（7），其中中桶（4）呈筒柱状，两端设置有较浅的扩口（41），第一封头（3）和第二封头（7）均呈球顶帽状，其较浅的筒柱状端口过盈配合套装在中桶（4）的两端扩口（41）内焊接，由第一封头（3）、中桶（4）及第二封头（7）组装成的内胆内表面上烧制有一层搪瓷层（9）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的壁挂式热泵热水器水箱内胆，其特征在于所述中桶（4）的底部装设有进水管（5）及出水管（10），侧部焊装有挂板座（6），第一封头（3）的球顶部焊装有吊耳（2），第二封头（7）的球顶部焊装有法兰（8）。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的壁挂式热泵热水器水箱内胆，其特征在于所述第一封头（3）、中桶（4）及第二封头（7）由铁材料制成。
