技术领域
本实用新型属于预应力钢绞线用锚具,尤其涉及一种增强摩擦力的锚具夹片。
背景技术
目前,用于预应力钢绞线用锚具的锚孔中加持钢绞线的夹片,一般都是由两个或两个以上的组合夹片形成一个顶部大、下部小的圆锥形体。夹片夹持钢绞线时,对钢绞线的夹持力延夹片外锥口径小的方向朝口径大的方向逐渐递增,逐步夹紧钢绞线。但由于夹片构成的圆锥内壁都为光滑的表面,在外力的长期作用下,夹片就会从锚具中脱离,造成钢绞线的松动。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述技术的不足,而提供一种增强摩擦力的锚具夹片,制造工艺简单,增加了夹片对钢绞线的夹持力。
本实用新型为实现上述目的,采用以下技术方案:一种增强摩擦力的锚具夹片,由两片或三片夹片构成圆锥体,夹片上端外侧开有凹槽,其特征在于:在夹片构成的圆锥体内孔壁上设有增加与钢绞线外表面摩擦力的内牙螺纹。
有益效果:由于该锚具夹片的内壁上设有与钢绞线咬合的内牙螺纹,增加了钢绞线与夹片间的摩擦力,保证了钢绞线不会因外力的增大而从锚具中脱离。

下面结合附图及较佳实施例详细说明本实用新型的具体实施方式。如图1所示,一种增强摩擦力的锚具夹片,由两片或三片夹片1构成圆锥体,夹片上端外侧开有凹槽2,在夹片1构成的圆锥体内孔壁上设有增加与钢绞线外表面摩擦力的内牙螺纹3。为了制造方便该内牙螺纹3呈规则整齐状从夹片延伸至夹片下端,该螺纹也可以呈分段的方式排列在在夹片内壁上。
