本实用新型涉及真空管太阳能集热器防护罩。该集热器防护罩包括钢化玻璃面的防护罩本体,其四边均采用型材边框固定,型材边框与防护罩本体间采用C形密封条进行密封缓冲处理,四条型材边框设有螺栓孔。防护罩本体上正反面设有铝材压条。本实用新型的有益技术效果是:通过上述结构改进,有效避免真空管被砸坏的危险,而且整体玻璃面可以作为阳台的栏杆外立面,防护罩使得集热器可以与建筑有机的融合在一起。

本实用新型属于真空管太阳能集热器技术领域,具体涉及一种真空管太阳能集热器防护罩。 
背景技术
目前,分体式太阳能热水器在高层建筑中得到越来越多的应用,分体式太阳能热水器主要部件包括集热器、水箱和控制器及管路。玻璃真空管太阳能集热器在市场上使用较多,但是由于集热器安装在阳台上,如遇到冰雹等恶劣天气,现有的玻璃真空管集热器可能会被砸坏。 
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本实用新型提供一种改进结构的真空管太阳能集热器防护罩。
本实用新型所采用的结构设计方案是: 
真空管太阳能集热器防护罩,包括钢化玻璃的防护罩本体,其四周分别设有铝材边框,铝材边框与防护罩本体间设有密封条,铝材边框上设有螺栓孔,防护罩本体上布置有压条。 
本实用新型的有益技术效果是:通过上述结构改进,可有效避免真空管被砸坏的危险。而且整体玻璃面防护罩可以与建筑有机的融合在一起。

参见图1,真空管太阳能集热器防护罩包括防护罩本体1,其四边均采用型材边框2固定,型材边框2与防护罩本体1间采用C形密封条3进行密封缓冲处理。边框通过连接孔9分别采用螺栓8固定在集热器集热腔5和集热器尾座6上。利用螺栓8固定在集热器边框7上的压条4进一步固定防护罩本体1。 
本实用新型有效避免真空管被砸坏的危险,而且整体玻璃面可以作为阳台的栏杆外立面,防护罩使得集热器可以与建筑有机的融合在一起。
