一种结构改进的水龙头,包括阀体,所述阀体包括出水管座、出水管接头、注塑方法制成的热水阀座和冷水阀座,注塑方法制成的热水阀座上有热水进水管,注塑方法制成的冷水阀座上有冷水进水管;还包括一带外螺纹的铜管套;冷水进水管插入一个带外螺纹的铜管套内,冷水进水管与带外螺纹的铜管套通过注塑方式固定连接在一起;热水进水管插入另一个带外螺纹的铜管套内,热水进水管与带外螺纹的铜管套通过注塑方式固定连接在一起。克服了现有技术中,热水进水管和冷水进水管的外螺纹易发生烂牙、磨损和脱扣的现象,延长了使用寿命。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种水龙头。
背景技术
目前现有技术,一种水龙头包括阀体、热水阀芯和冷水阀芯,所述阀体包括出水管座、出水管接头、注塑方法制成的热水阀座和冷水阀座,注塑方法制成的热水阀座上有带外螺纹的热水进水管,注塑方法制成的冷水阀座上有带外螺纹的冷水进水管。存在问题是:带外螺纹的冷水进水管和带外螺纹的热水进水管发生脱扣,烂牙或磨损的情况,使用寿命短。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是:提供一种结构改进的水龙头,它可以有效地防止发生脱扣,烂牙或磨损的情况,延长使用寿命。
本实用新型是这样实现的:一种结构改进的水龙头,包括阀体,所述阀体包括出水管座、出水管接头、注塑方法制成的热水阀座和冷水阀座,注塑方法制成的热水阀座上有热水进水管,注塑方法制成的冷水阀座上有冷水进水管;其特殊之处在于:还包括一带外螺纹的铜管套;
冷水进水管插入一个带外螺纹的铜管套内,冷水进水管与带外螺纹的铜管套通过注塑方式固定连接在一起;
热水进水管插入另一个带外螺纹的铜管套内,热水进水管与带外螺纹的铜管套通过注塑方式固定连接在一起。
所述的一种结构改进的水龙头,其特殊之处在于:所述热水阀座上还有环绕热水进水管的环形筒,所述热水阀座上还有环绕冷水进水管的环形筒;
所述铜管套的上端有贯通铜管套壁厚的径向的连接孔;
铜管套的上端插入环形筒与热水进水管之间的间隙内,一连接柱穿过连接孔与热水进水管和环形筒固定连接;
铜管套的上端插入环形筒与冷水进水管之间的间隙内,一连接柱穿过连接孔与热水进水管和环形筒固定连接。
所述的一种结构改进的水龙头,其特殊之处在于:所述铜管套的上端铜管套壁上有一沿径向的定位缺口,
环形筒与冷水进水管之间的间隙内有一定位块,环形筒与热水进水管之间的间隙内有一定位块;所述定位缺口与定位块配合。
所述的一种结构改进的水龙头,其特殊之处在于:所述冷水进水管的外表面有环形凹槽,铜管套的内壁上有一环形凸起,环形凸起与环形凹槽嵌合;
所述热水进水管的外表面有环形凹槽,铜管套的内壁上有一环形凸起,环形凸起与环形凹槽嵌合。
本实用新型一种结构改进的水龙头,热水进水管和冷水进水管设置铜管套,由于采用这样的结构,克服了现有技术中,热水进水管和冷水进水管的外螺纹易发生烂牙、磨损和脱扣的现象,延长了使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步描述。
如图1、图2所示,一种结构改进的水龙头包括阀体,所述阀体包括出水管座1、出水管接头2、注塑方法制成的热水阀座3和冷水阀座4,出水管座1上具有接头座、左热水管和右冷水管;出水管座1为一注塑单件。
出水管接头2为一注塑件,
在制造时,将出水管接头2组装在该出水管座1的接头座上,共同作为镶件设置在一注塑模具中,通过注塑机二次注塑出所述热水阀座3和冷水阀座4,并将所述出水管座1与所述出水管接头2包裹住,如图6所示。
注塑方法制成的热水阀座3上有热水进水管31,注塑方法制成的冷水阀座4上有冷水进水管41;还包括一带外螺纹的铜管套5;
如图3、图4、图5所示,所述热水阀座3上还有环绕热水进水管31的环形筒6,所述热水阀座4上还有环绕冷水进水管41的环形筒6;
热水进水管31插入带外螺纹的铜管套5内,热水进水管31与带外螺纹的铜管套5通过注塑方式固定连接在一起。
如图3、图4所示,所述铜管套5的上端有贯通铜管套壁厚的径向的连接孔51;
铜管套5的上端插入环形筒6与热水进水管31之间的间隙内,如图4所示,一连接柱7穿过连接孔51与热水进水管31和环形筒6固定连接;
冷水进水管41插入一个带外螺纹的铜管套5内,冷水进水管41与带外螺纹的铜管套5通过注塑方式固定连接在一起;
如图3、图4所示,所述铜管套5的上端铜管套壁上有一沿径向的定位缺口52,
环形筒6与热水进水管31之间的间隙内有一定位块8,环形筒6与热水进水管31之间的间隙内有一定位块8;所述定位缺口52与定位块8嵌合。
如图4、图5所示,所述热水进水管31的外表面有环形凹槽311,铜管套5的内壁上有一环形凸起53,环形凸起与环形凹槽嵌合。
所述冷水进水管41的外表面有环形凹槽,铜管套5的内壁上有一环形凸起53,环形凸起与环形凹槽嵌合;

Claims (4)

1.一种结构改进的水龙头,包括阀体,所述阀体包括出水管座、出水管接头、注塑方法制成的热水阀座和冷水阀座,注塑方法制成的热水阀座上有热水进水管,注塑方法制成的冷水阀座上有冷水进水管;其特征在于:还包括一带外螺纹的铜管套;
冷水进水管插入一个带外螺纹的铜管套内,冷水进水管与带外螺纹的铜管套通过注塑方式固定连接在一起;
热水进水管插入另一个带外螺纹的铜管套内,热水进水管与带外螺纹的铜管套通过注塑方式固定连接在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种结构改进的水龙头,其特征在于:所述热水阀座上还有环绕热水进水管的环形筒,所述热水阀座上还有环绕冷水进水管的环形筒;
所述铜管套的上端有贯通铜管套壁厚的径向的连接孔;
铜管套的上端插入环形筒与热水进水管之间的间隙内,一连接柱穿过连接孔与热水进水管和环形筒固定连接;
铜管套的上端插入环形筒与冷水进水管之间的间隙内,一连接柱穿过连接孔与热水进水管和环形筒固定连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种结构改进的水龙头,其特征在于:所述铜管套的上端铜管套壁上有一沿径向的定位缺口,
环形筒与冷水进水管之间的间隙内有一定位块,环形筒与热水进水管之间的间隙内有一定位块;
所述定位缺口与定位块配合。
4.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的一种结构改进的水龙头,其特征在于:所述冷水进水管的外表面有环形凹槽,铜管套的内壁上有一环形凸起,环形凸起与环形凹槽嵌合;
所述热水进水管的外表面有环形凹槽,铜管套的内壁上有一环形凸起,环形凸起与环形凹槽嵌合。
