发明内容：为解决现窗框不能转动带来的问题，如安装防盗设施后擦窗不便等，本实用新型的窗框通过铰链固定于墙壁中，故能转动。窗框上可安装窗纱以防蚊虫，可安装栅栏以防盗。窗框上装有锁具，锁上时，可防盗。打开时，窗框可转动开启。窗叶与目前使用的一致，也能单独转动开启。关闭时，可通过把手固定于窗框上。窗叶可随窗框一起转动。本实用新型的有益效果是，防蚊防虫，省了许多材料。特别是在防盗方面，可改变现在建筑物上防盗笼挂满墙的视觉污染现象和减少防盗设施的制作成本。
