Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种槽形抛物面线聚光太阳能集热器新型支架,是由主梁焊合件、真空集热管支架和成抛物面线形状的梁板通过螺栓连接组装而成。这种新型支架是在整体呈现为三角形结构的组装式集热器支架的基础上,进行了改进,减少组装零部件的数量,改变结构连接形式。新型集热器支架整体满足集热器反光玻璃的准确安装,及整体可靠运转的要求,同时满足运输的方便性,降低了成本。

本实用新型涉及一种槽形抛物面线聚光太阳能集热器新型支架,属于太阳能热利用技术领域。 
背景技术
槽形抛物面线聚光太阳能集热器支架(简称支架)是槽式集热器的主要支撑部件。为了满足所托起的聚光镜不被大风破坏并能准确聚焦,支架必须具有足够的强度和刚度并具有较好的形状精度。 
目前,主要的支架结构是由金属方管整体焊接而成,这种结构存在焊接变形大,精度差、运输不方便,增加运输成本等的缺点。在实际的工程应用中,支架将大批量使用,使用现有技术的支架存在增加经济成本的问题。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种槽形抛物面线聚光太阳能集热器新型支架,以在必须满足形状精度的前提下,采用模块化组装式便于运输的结构形式。 
本实用新型的目的是用一下技术方案实现的:槽形抛物面线聚光太阳能集热器新型支架,其真空集热管支架2通过螺栓连接到主梁焊合件1上,梁板3通过螺栓连接到主梁焊合件1上;主梁焊合件1由圆管和安装在端部的端连板构成;梁板3成抛物面线形。 
本实用新型的槽形抛物面线聚光太阳能集热器新型支架,是在整体呈现为空间三角结构的组装式集热器的基础上,进行了改进,减少组装零部件的数量,改变结构连接形式。新型集热器支架整体可以满足集热器反光玻璃的准确安装,及整体可靠运转的要求,同时满足运输的方便性,降低了成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对该实用新型的具体实施方式进行说明: 
参考图1至图4,本实用新型提供一种槽形抛物面线聚光太阳能集热器新型支架。主梁焊合件1由直径 的钢管根据需要确定长度,两端分别焊接端连板,钢管上焊接梁板安装座。真空集热管支架2采用底座及耳座与钢管焊接而成,具有强度够,重量轻的特点。梁板3冲压成抛物面线形。梁板3、真空集热管支架2通过螺栓连接连接到主梁焊合件1上,操作简单,安全可靠。

1.槽形抛物面线聚光太阳能集热器新型支架,其特征在于:真空集热管支架(2)通过螺栓连接到主梁焊合件(1)上、梁板(3)通过螺栓连接到主梁焊合件(1)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的槽形抛物面线聚光太阳能集热器新型支架,其特征在于:主梁焊合件(1)由圆管和安装在端部的端连板构成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的槽形抛物面线聚光太阳能集热器新型支架,其特征在于:梁板(3)成抛物面线形。
