现有的喂料器的搅拌、输送速度大多为固定不变，不可调整。这样对物料的本身便有一些限制:如搅拌一些粒度较粗的物料时，转速过低不能使之充分搅拌,影响产品质量;而搅拌一些粒度较细的物料时，则无须过高的速度,不必要的高转速本身还浪费电能,造成能源的浪费。
