目前,圆柱形锂离子电池防爆组合盖帽包括防爆铝片、镀镍盖帽,镀镍盖帽与防爆铝片之间都是采用铝环或镍环进行点焊或者锡焊。这种结构焊接一致性差,点焊不牢固,锡焊时间长会产生氧化,使电池内阻增高,影响电池使用寿命,此外镀镍盖帽价格成本较高,整个防爆组合盖帽在电池封口时小铝片容易受压变形。

本实用新型的目的在于提供圆柱形锂离子电池防爆组合盖帽,能够有效解决现有现有锂离子电池防爆盖帽焊接困难,易氧化使电池内阻增高的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的:圆柱形锂离子电池防爆组合盖帽,包括小铝片、密封圈、防爆铝片、铝不锈钢盖帽,所述铝不锈钢盖帽包括依次设置的不锈钢层、铝不锈钢复合层、铝面层,所述铝不锈钢盖帽的铝面层与防爆铝片上端面焊接,所述防爆铝片的下端面与小铝片采用激光焊接,所述密封圈将铝不锈钢盖帽、防爆铝片、小铝片的边缘密封,所述密封圈开有圆形的放置槽,所述放置槽底部开有通孔,所述密封圈的放置槽的底部设有至少一根凸筋,所述铝不锈钢盖帽、防爆铝片设置在放置槽内,所述小铝片设置在通孔内。
优选的,所述放置槽的侧壁上也设有至少一条凸筋;进一步加强强度,防止变形。
优选的,所述凸筋的横截面为半圆形;制造方便,易成型。
优选的,所述凸筋的高度为0.1mm;能达到较好效果的凸筋高度。

参阅图1、图2为本实用新型圆柱形锂离子电池防爆组合盖帽的实施例,圆柱形锂离子电池防爆组合盖帽,包括小铝片1、密封圈2、防爆铝片4、铝不锈钢盖帽3,所述铝不锈钢盖帽3包括依次设置的不锈钢层、铝不锈钢复合层、铝面层,所述铝不锈钢盖帽3的铝面层与防爆铝片4上端面焊接,所述防爆铝片4的下端面与小铝片1采用激光焊接,所述密封圈2将铝不锈钢盖帽3、防爆铝片4、小铝片1的边缘密封,所述密封圈2开有圆形的放置槽22,所述放置槽22底部开有通孔,所述密封圈2的放置槽22的底部设有至少一根凸筋21,所述铝不锈钢盖帽3、防爆铝片4设置在放置槽22内,所述小铝片1设置在通孔内,所述放置槽22的侧壁上也设有至少一条凸筋21,所述凸筋21的横截面为半圆形,所述凸筋21的高度为0.1mm。
所述小铝片1和铝不锈钢盖帽3上均开有若干气孔,防爆铝片4上设置有若干凸点,方便与其他部件之间焊接,上述其余焊接均采用储能焊接。
