背景技术
发电机风扇结构由钢板剪切、折弯成形，省去了铸件成形所需的模具,特别适合于电机新产品的试制。在以往的发电机风扇设计中，由于是新产品的研制，一般不会采用开模铸造（开模费用成本很高），因此大部分采用钢板焊接形式的风扇，焊接的风扇在长时间高速旋转的过程中，易出现风扇断裂的现象，导致发电机不能正常工作。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供了一种剪折式风扇，该风扇采用整体结构，在长时间高速旋转的过程中，不易出现风扇断裂的现象，保证能正常工作。
本实用新型是这样来实现的，它包括圆环、固定孔、叶片,其特征是圆环的表面中部开有若干个固定孔，圆环的四周剪折形成若干个叶片。
本实用新型的技术效果是：1、材料简单，均匀度高，动平衡性好；2、制造工艺简单, 实施容易；3.结构简单, 可靠性高。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示，本实用新型是这样来实现的，圆环1的表面中部开有若干个固定孔2，圆环1的四周剪折形成若干个叶片3。使用时，圆环1的内圆与转轴风扇挡配合，均布的若干个固定孔2固定安装风扇，圆环1上均布剪切线，沿剪切线4剪切，最后将剪切好的叶片3折弯成理想的角度，风扇的一体化增强了风扇的强度, 避免了焊接工艺中的不可靠性, 进而解决了叶片产生裂纹的问题。
