本实用新型属于感应热处理技术领域,主要提出一种用以对曲轴感应淬火的感应器;所述的感应器由两个半环感应器(1)构成,所述的两个半环感应器(1)的半环有效圈(2)相向设置。工作时两个半环感应器相向运动,两个半环有效圈(2)合为一个类似整圆环的有效圈,感应淬火时有效加热面积是一个整圆,提高加热效率,可解决现有感应器所存在的加热效率相对较低的问题。

本实用新型属于感应热处理技术领域,主要提出一种用以对曲轴感应淬火的感应器。 
背景技术
目前对曲轴的常用淬火工艺采用的感应器是一个半环感应器,加热效率相对较低。如图1所示,工作时,半环感应器1向下运动与工件结合,淬火时工件旋转,感应器半环有效圈对工件的有效加热面积始终是整圆的一半,加热效率相对较低。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提出一种用以对曲轴感应淬火的感应器,以解决现有感应器所存在的加热效率相对较低的问题。 
本实用新型的目的可采用如下技术方案来实现:一种用以对曲轴感应淬火的感应器,由两个半环感应器构成,所述的两个半环感应器的半环有效圈相向设置。 
本实用新型提出的对曲轴感应淬火的感应器,具有两个半环感应器并使两个半环感应器的半环有效圈相向设置,形成一个类似整圆环的感应加热器,可解决现有感应器所存在的加热效率相对较低的问题。

结合附图给出的实施例,对本实用新型加以说明。 
如图2所示,并参照图3,一种用以对曲轴感应淬火的感应器,由两个半环感应器1构成,所述的两个半环感应器1的半环有效圈2相向设置。工作时两个半环感应器相向运动,两个半环有效圈2合为一个类似整圆环的有效圈,感应淬火时有效加热面积是一个整圆,提高加热效率。所述的半环感应器为现在普遍使用的产品,对其结构不作过多说明。
