目前，数控火焰切割机工作台上的隔栅是由钢板焊接制成，它主要是切割工件时支撑钢板用。由于隔栅长期使用，隔栅损坏情况比较严重，为了确保工件切割质量，需要定期频繁更换隔栅，每年需要消耗大量的优质钢材和资金。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种组合式的切割机隔栅，使用寿命较长，制造成本低，每年能需要节约大量的优质钢材和资金。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型提供一种数控火焰切割机隔栅，其特征在于：在工作平台中间开若干减重孔，在减重孔连接处开有安装孔，安装孔内设有不锈钢锥柱。
本实用新型使用寿命长，制造成本低，减少了隔栅的更换频率，提高了生产效率，降低了每年隔栅消耗成本。由于隔栅能够吊运，因此清理隔栅下面的焊渣非常方便，而且能够保证工件切割质量。

参照附图，本实用新型主要是由不锈钢锥柱3和合金钢工作平台1两体连接组成，在合金钢工作平台1中间开若干减重孔2，在减重孔连接处开有安装孔4，安装孔内装有不锈钢锥柱3。使用时将不锈钢锥柱插入合金钢工作平台即可进行正常切割。
