技术背景
剪板机是借于运动的上刀片和固定的下刀片，采用合理的刀片间隙，对各种厚度的金属板材施加剪切力，使板材按所需要的尺寸断裂分离，剪板机常用来剪裁直线边缘的板料毛坯，剪切工艺应能保证被剪板料剪切表面的直线性和平行度要求，并尽量减少板材扭曲，以获得高质量的工件。
在现有技术中，剪板机在加工过程中缺乏定位装置，导致加工出的板料剪切表面直线性的平行度不能到要求。

一种剪板机背面的开料定位装置，其特征在于它包括剪板机、定位支撑架、定位杆、定位尺寸调节螺栓以及定位板，所述定位挡板与剪板机焊接为整体，所述支撑架为L形，一端固定在定位板上，另一端设通孔，在所述通孔上再设置定位尺寸调节螺栓，所述定位杆从通孔中穿过，再穿过剪板机的背面，进行定位。
