本实用新型公开了一种汽水分离罐，其包括罐体、在罐体一侧设有进气口，另一侧设有出气口，罐体底部设有出水口。为了提高安全性，在罐体顶部装有安全阀。本实用新型是将各蒸汽管道所有的出口都联接起来，接到汽水分离罐中，残留的蒸汽进入汽水分离罐之后，将其转化成水和蒸汽。水收集后可用于分析，添加到供热系统等，蒸汽则接到需要加热的设备或场所，比如：加热水池，加热暖房等。通过本实用新型可以起到节约能源，循环利用的目的。

本实用新型涉及一种化工辅助设备，具体是一种将化工生产过程中产生的残余蒸汽进行回收的汽水分离罐。 
背景技术
在化工生产过程中需要大量蒸汽，同样就存在大量的残余蒸汽，特别是在冬天，设备所需的蒸汽量非常大，也就产生了多余的蒸汽。如在壬基酚生产设备中，有些需要每天24小时保持200℃以上高压蒸汽供应，其蒸汽残余量是很大的，现有的技术设备对残余蒸汽的利用率不高，浪费了较多有用资源。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种对残余蒸汽回收率高的汽水分离罐。
本实用新型所述的汽水分离罐，其包括罐体、在罐体一侧设有进气口，另一侧设有出气口，罐体底部设有出水口。
为了提高安全性，在罐体顶部装有安全阀。
为了减少热量损失，罐体最好为夹套式，内部填充保温材料。
本实用新型是将各蒸汽管道所有的出口都联接起来，接到汽水分离罐中，残留的蒸汽进入汽水分离罐之后，将其转化成水和蒸汽。水收集后可用于分析，添加到供热系统等，蒸汽则接到需要加热的设备或场所，比如：加热水池，加热暖房等。通过本实用新型可以起到节约能源，循环利用的目的。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型所述的汽水分离罐，其主要包括罐体1，该实施例罐体容积为3m3。罐体1结构为夹套式，内部填充保温材料利于保温。在罐体1一侧设有进气口2，另一侧设有出气口3，罐体1底部设有出水口4。在罐体1顶部装有安全阀5。收集来的蒸汽由进气口2进入汽水分离器，收集进来的蒸汽因为温度、压力不一样，在3m3 的汽水分离器中迅速汽水分离，在罐体底部形成少量的余水，其余大部分是蒸汽，蒸汽通过管道输送到需要加热的地方，底部的水则收集起来。

1.一种汽水分离罐，其特征在于包括罐体（1）、在罐体（1）一侧设有进气口（2），另一侧设有出气口（3），罐体（1）底部设有出水口（4）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽水分离罐，其特征在于在罐体（1）顶部装有安全阀（5）。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的汽水分离罐，其特征在于所述罐体（1）为夹套式，内部填充保温材料。
