技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种人工髋关节手术辅助工具,具体地说是在骨科安装髋关节假体,用螺钉固定金属髋臼杯时,测量螺钉孔深度所用的钉孔测深器。
背景技术
钉孔测深器是一种人工髋关节手术辅助工具,现行结构如图4和图5所示,左半部为低端5,右半部为高端6,左半部不锈钢丝环绕一周焊牢为手持部位,右半部有八个等分的凹槽,此高端在放入人体髋臼钉孔部位后,根据凹槽的位置判定螺钉孔的深度,医生在手术操作时不易识别凹槽的位置。

为了弥补现有技术的缺陷,本实用新型的目的在于提出一种使用方便、安全可靠且可快速测量钉孔深度的钉孔测深器。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下具体技术方案:
一种钉孔测深器,其中,所述探测器包括探针、钢丝筒和套筒;所述探针包括探针头、探针杆和探针柄;所述钢丝筒套设于探针头和探针杆上;所述套筒与钢丝筒连接套设于探针柄上;所述探针柄上设有凹槽,所述套筒上设有刻度,所述凹槽对应所述套筒上的刻度。
所述钢丝筒前端连接一钢丝筒前接头。
所述钢丝筒后端连接一钢丝筒后接头。
所述套筒端部套设于钢丝筒后接头外。
所述套筒外设有锁紧螺母,所述套筒与锁紧螺母之间螺纹配合连接。
所述探针柄上设有一通孔,所述通孔内设有顶丝、弹簧及钢球。
所述探针头呈一定角度弯折。
所述探针头端部设有弯钩。
所述探针头和探针杆之间焊接连接。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2和图3所示,一种钉孔测深器,所述探测器包括探针1、钢丝筒2和套筒3;所述探针1包括探针头11、探针杆12和探针柄13;所述探针头11和探针杆12之间焊接连接。所述钢丝筒2套设于探针头11和探针杆12上;所述套筒3与钢丝筒2连接并套设于探针柄13上;所述探针柄13上设有凹槽131,大小为1×1,套筒3上设有刻度31,测深时先将探针柄的凹槽131移动到套筒3的0刻度31处,再将探针放入螺钉孔中,当探针头顶住螺钉孔底部时,凹槽131对应套筒刻度31的位置即为螺钉孔的深度。所述探针可在套筒内水平位移。
所述钢丝筒2前端连接一钢丝筒前接头21,后端连接一钢丝筒后接头22。
所述套筒3端部套设于钢丝筒后接头22外。所述套筒3外设有锁紧螺母4,所述套筒3与锁紧螺母4之间螺纹配合连接。
所述探针柄13上设有一通孔132,所述通孔132内设有顶丝133、弹簧134及钢球135。
所述探针头11呈一定角度弯折。
所述探针头11端部设有弯钩14。
本实用新型在使用时,先将探针柄凹槽拉至零位,即套筒上零刻度位置,然后将探针头放入人体髋臼螺钉孔中,根据探针柄凹槽所对应的套筒刻度的位置,判断髋臼螺钉的深度。
本实用新型的结构设计能够安全、可靠且快速地测出金属髋臼钉孔的深度。探针头部有一弯钩,植入金属髋臼杯时,能试出金属髋臼杯安装时与人体髋臼是否有间隙。

1.一种钉孔测深器,其特征在于,所述探测器包括探针、钢丝筒和套筒;所述探针包括探针头、探针杆和探针柄;所述钢丝筒套设于探针头和探针杆上;所述套筒与钢丝筒连接套设于探针柄上;所述探针柄上设有凹槽,所述套筒上设有刻度,所述凹槽对应所述套筒上的刻度。

3.根据权利要求2所述的钉孔测深器,其特征在于,所述钢丝筒后端连接一钢丝筒后接头。
