本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种小区变综合监控报警系统，具有监控主机、探测火灾信号的烟雾探测器、探测防盗信号的红外探测器、探测SF6泄漏或氧气泄漏的SF6及氧气变送器、门禁系统、探测视频信号的摄像机，所述的监控主机与烟雾探测器、红外探测器、SF6及氧气变送器、摄像机信号连接，所述的监控主机与门禁系统控制连接。
监控主机根据烟雾探测器发送的火灾信号发出火灾报警信号，监控主机根据红外探测器发送的防盗信号发出防盗报警信号，监控主机根据SF6及氧气变送器发送的SF6泄漏或氧气泄漏信号发出SF6泄漏报警信号或缺氧报警信号，监控主机根据摄像机的视频信号监控小区情况，监控主机控制门禁系统实现智能门禁。

监控主机1根据烟雾探测器2发送的火灾信号发出火灾报警信号，监控主机1根据红外探测器3发送的防盗信号发出防盗报警信号，监控主机1根据SF6及氧气变送器4发送的SF6泄漏或氧气泄漏信号发出SF6泄漏报警信号或缺氧报警信号，监控主机1根据摄像机6的视频信号监控小区情况，监控主机1控制门禁系统5实现智能门禁。
