本实用新型涉及一种筛分机械,具体的说是一种振动筛,在能源、冶金、陶瓷、建材、化工等行业中广泛应用,主要用于物料的分级作业。 
背景技术
目前,振动筛一般为双侧板式,侧板采用管梁联接,激振器安装于侧板上,这种结构限制了振动筛向大型化的发展,大尺寸振动筛的功率、重量及振动应力均急剧增加,对振动筛的结构强度与刚度均有很高的要求,普通筛分机械结构已难以满足这一要求,专利申请号“200910127524.6”公开了一种振动筛,筛体由三根激振器和纵梁够成两个共边的矩形,减轻了参振质量,提供了筛体强度,但结构复杂,维修麻烦。 
发明内容
本实用新型弥补了现有技术的不足,提供了一种结构简单、大筛分面积、振动均匀且生产效率高的振动筛。它包括筛箱、振动梁、纵梁、激振器、筛面和电机。筛箱上固定有侧板,筛箱底部安装有至少三根振动梁,振动梁之间用纵梁刚性连接,激振器安装于振动梁的两侧,振动梁同侧的激振器之间采用传动轴传动,筛箱通过弹簧安装在机架上,每一段振动筛的尾部安装有电机,筛面固定在振动梁上,电机通过联轴器和传动轴分别驱动振动梁的两侧的激振器旋转振动。 
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有以下有益效果: 
1、本实用新型的结构强度高、刚度好; 
2、本实用新型的结构简单,维修方便。

具体实施方式
如图所示:一种振动筛,它包括筛箱1,侧板10固定在筛箱1上,振动梁4安装于筛箱1底部,振动梁4之间用纵梁7刚性连接,激振器5安装于振动梁4的两侧,筛箱1通过弹 簧3安装在机架2上,筛面11固定在振动梁4上,两个电机9分别通过联轴器8和传动轴6驱动振动梁4的两侧的激振器5旋转振动,从而带动振动梁4、筛箱1和筛面11整体振动。 
本实用新型公开了一种振动筛,以上虽然列举了较少的实施例,但对于本领域的普通技术人员,对本实用新型所做的某些改型、改进、替换等,或者上述实施方式作任何组合变化,均落在本实用新型的保护范围之内。

1.一种振动筛,包括筛箱,振动梁,纵梁,激振器,筛面和电机,筛箱上固定有侧板,筛面固定在振动梁上,筛箱通过弹簧安装在机架上,每一段振动筛的尾部安装有电机,其特征是:筛箱的底部安装有至少三根振动梁,振动梁之间用纵梁刚性连接,振动梁的两侧安装有激振器,电机通过联轴器分别驱动振动梁两侧的激振器旋转。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种振动筛,其特征是,所述振动梁同侧的激振器之间采用传动轴传动。
