背景技术
在一些混合物料的设备中，有的需要采用风机将物料吹入混合腔进行混合，但是，由于没有过滤设备过滤空气，可能导致沙粒灰尘进入，在夏天的时候，可能吸入小飞虫，导致物料在混合后出现杂质，影响成品的质量。也有可能吸入的空气带有异味，而导致生产出的成品带有怪味，影响销售。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够有效地防止沙粒、灰尘及小飞虫与异味的进入而影响成品质量的无纺布空气过滤装置。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是：一种无纺布空气过滤装置，包括风机，所述的风机的进风口处设有布袋过滤器，风机的出口处设有加料装置。
为了能够撑起布袋并且紧密的与风机的进风口连接，所述的布袋过滤器内部设有框架，布袋过滤器的开口处设有夹紧装置。
为了使进风口与布袋过滤器的开口处紧密连接，不漏杂质进入，所述的夹紧装置处设有防漏垫片。
为了使进入的空气没有异味，不影响产品的质量，所述的布袋过滤器包括两层布料，两层布料中间粘结着能去除异味的颗粒。
本实用新型的有益效果是：采用布袋过滤器，能够有效的防止各种杂质的进入，布袋过滤器在使用的时候出现损坏的现象，方便更换；粘结着能去除异味的颗粒，能够去除空气中的异味。

如图1所示一种无纺布空气过滤装置，包括风机6，所述的风机6的进风口5处设有布袋过滤器1，风机6的出口处设有加料装置7；所述的布袋过滤器1内部设有框架3，布袋过滤器1的开口处设有夹紧装置4；所述的夹紧装置4处设有防漏垫片；所述的布袋过滤器1包括两层布料2，两层布料2中间粘结着能去除异味的颗粒。
进风口5处的布袋过滤装置1通过防漏垫片和夹紧装置4密封起来，防止沙粒、灰尘和小飞虫等杂质进入。在布袋过滤器1中的两层布料2中间粘结木炭等可以去除异味的颗粒状的物体，防止在生产出的成品带有怪味。
