Abstract

U形管换热器属于化工、石油、动力、食品及其它工业部门通用的设备领域,其主要实现方法是这样的:首先,设置“U”形管陈列,所述“U”形管管端集中焊接密封于一块管板之上,管板上焊接分隔板,并设封盖,在“U”形管陈列外设换热器壳体,换热器壳体上设物料出口及物料入口,热交换物料可通过物料入口进入并充满换热器壳体,与“U”形管内的介质充分热交换。

技术领域:
U形管换热器属于化工、石油、动力、食品及其它工业部门通用的设备领域。 
背景技术:
换热器被广泛地用于化工、石油、动力、食品等工业部门,作为通用的设备,传统的管式换热器多采用直管,直管焊接于管板上,两种不同的介质分别从管内与管外流过来换热,但是,由于热胀冷缩的作用,密集的换热管陈列容易对两端固定它们的管板产生巨大的应力。 
发明内容:
为克服传统直管换热器对两端管板产生的应力,从而可能破坏换热器管板结构,现提出一种U形管换热器,其主要实现方法是这样的:首先,设置“U”形管陈列,所述“U”形管管端集中焊接密封于一块管板之上,管板上焊接分隔板,并设封盖,封盖与隔板将所有“U”形管的进口端与出口端区分开来,分隔形成两个空间,在封盖上分别为两个空间设加热(制冷)介质进口和出口,这样加热(制冷)介质从上述进口进入“U”形管,可加热(制冷)“U”形管外的液体物料,然后从“U”形管另一端经出口流出,由此便形成了换热器,在“U”形管陈列外设换热器壳体,换热器壳体上设物料出口及物料 入口,热交换物料可通过物料入口进入并充满换热器壳体,与“U”形管内的介质充分热交换。 
本实用新型的优势在于,“U”形管的设计使密集的换热管陈列不容易对固定它们的管板产生巨大的应力。

具体实施方式:
如附图1所示,设置“U”形管(6)阵列,所述“U”形管(6)管端集中焊接密封于一块管板(3)之上,管板(3)上焊接分隔板(4),并设封盖(5),封盖(5)与隔板(4)将所有“U”形管(6)的进口端与出口端区分开来,分隔形成两个空间,分别为两个空间设加热(制冷)介质进口和出口,这样加热(制冷)介质从上述进口进入“U”形管(6),可加热(制冷)“U”形管(6)外的液体物料,然后从“U”形管(6)另一端经出口流出,由此便形成了换热器,在“U”形管(6)阵列外设换热器壳体(7),换热器壳体(7)上设物料出口(8)及物料入口(9),热交换物料可通过物料入口(9)进入并充满换热器壳体(7),与“U”形管(6)内的介质充分热交换。

1.U形管换热器,包括:介质入口、介质出口、管板、分隔板、封盖、“U”形管、换热器壳体、物料出口、物料入口,其特征是:所述“U”形管管端集中焊接密封于一块管板之上,管板上焊接分隔板,并设封盖,封盖与隔板将所有“U”形管的进口端与出口端区分开来,分隔形成两个空间。
2.根据权利要求1所述U形管换热器,其特征是:在封盖上设介质进口和出口,在“U”形管陈列外设换热器壳体,换热器壳体上设物料出口及物料入口。
