本实用新型包括底座、支杆和横杆，在底座的底端设有滑轮，在底座的上顶面中心位置处垂直固接支杆，且在支杆的表面靠近其顶部的位置处等距固接横杆，在横杆的表面设有多个透孔；在支杆的表面靠近底座的位置处固接多个杆体，且杆体与支杆成锐角；底座为中空结构，并在其中空腔体内置有多个衣挂。 
采用上述结构后，使用时，人们可将底座中空腔体内的衣挂取出，将衣服挂放在衣挂上，再将衣挂的挂钩挂放到横杆的透孔内，即可方便人们挂放衣服；挂放鞋子时，可将鞋子挂放在杆体的表面即可。
