一种耐张绝缘子避雷器,绝缘子上端的芯棒上装有中空避雷器组件,中空避雷器组件外穿有小伞盘,绝缘子下端的芯棒上穿有大伞盘,绝缘子上端头的芯棒上装有悬式端头,绝缘子下端头的芯棒上装有下金具。本实用新型解决了绝缘子不能避雷及避雷器不能耐张必须分开安装的难题,把避雷器与悬式绝缘子串联安装,使该组合件即避雷又耐张。不仅简化了安装,还节约了用电走廊。本实用新型可以在安装悬式绝缘子的同时,方便地一并安装上避雷器,解决了高电压等级线路避雷器难安装的问题,结构简单,造价低廉。

本实用新型涉及一种避雷器,具体是一种耐张绝缘子避雷器。
背景技术
目前供电线路上的避雷方式是,安装完悬式及支柱绝缘子后,在相应的绝缘子旁并联安装一只避雷器,10KV、20KV针式支柱绝缘子少数采用放电间隙解决雷击问题,但放电次数有限。特别与悬式绝缘子并联安装的避雷器除结构复杂外,安装相当不易。
发明内容
本实用新型的发明目的在于克服现有避雷器安装必须与绝缘子并联安装的局限而提供一种避雷耐张、结构简单的耐张绝缘子避雷器。
本实用新型的技术方案在于:绝缘子上端的芯棒上装有中空避雷器组件,中空避雷器组件外穿有小伞盘,绝缘子下端的芯棒上穿有大伞盘,绝缘子上端头的芯棒上装有悬式端头,绝缘子下端头的芯棒上装有下金具。
所述悬式端头和中空避雷器组件之间的芯棒上有均压环。
所述中空避雷器组件和大伞盘之间的芯棒上有均压环。
所述大伞盘和下金具之间的芯棒上有均压环。
本实用新型解决了绝缘子不能避雷及避雷器不能耐张必须分开安装的难题,把避雷器与悬式绝缘子串联安装,使该组合件即避雷又耐张。不仅简化了安装,还节约了用电走廊。本实用新型可以在安装悬式绝缘子的同时,方便地一并安装上避雷器,解决了高电压等级线路避雷器难安装的问题,结构简单,造价低廉。

图中,绝缘子上端的芯棒3上装有中空避雷器组件2,中空避雷器组件2外穿有小伞盘4,绝缘子下端的芯棒3上穿有大伞盘5,中空避雷器组件2和大伞盘5并联于芯棒3上。悬式端头1和中空避雷器组件2之间的芯棒3上有均压环。中空避雷器组件2和大伞盘5之间的芯棒3上有均压环。大伞盘5和下金具6之间的芯棒3上有均压环。绝缘子上端头的芯棒3上装有悬式端头1,绝缘子上端头的悬式端头1为GB/T4056-1994规定的标准结构。绝缘子下端头的芯棒3上装有下金具6。

1.一种耐张绝缘子避雷器,其特征在于:绝缘子上端的芯棒上装有中空避雷器组件,中空避雷器组件外穿有小伞盘,绝缘子下端的芯棒上穿有大伞盘,绝缘子上端头的芯棒上装有悬式端头,绝缘子下端头的芯棒上装有下金具。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐张绝缘子避雷器,其特征是:所述悬式端头和中空避雷器组件之间的芯棒上有均压环。
