技术领域:本实用新型涉及到一种隔离开关,尤其涉及到一种运用于高压电网内使用的GW22-110kV交流高压隔离开关脱扣装置。 
背影技术:目前,在电力系统中使用的GW22-110kV隔离开关有一个大的缺陷是:主刀垂直伸缩合闸后,动触头与静触头容易引起自动开刀脱扣,维护困难影响开关正常使用。 
发明内容:本实用新型的目的就是提供一种性能佳耐用性强的高压隔离开关脱扣装置。本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:交流高压隔离开关脱扣装置,是由导向板、主触指、触指弹簧、连接装置、底座所组成,其特征在于:主触指设置在连接装置内,所述的连接装置设置在底座上,在主触指的上方设置有导向板,在主触指的两侧分别设置有触指弹簧。 
本实用新型结构简单,安装方便,使用寿命长。在隔离开关设计中本部件为重要部件,提高了隔离开关的耐用性、稳定性。不会因周围环境而自动脱扣影响使用。

具体实施方式:下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明 
在图中,本实用新型交流高压隔离开关脱扣装置,是由导向板、主触指、触指弹簧、连接装置、底座所组成,其特征在于:主触指设置在连接装置内,所述的连接装置设置在底座上,在主触指的上方设置有导向板,在主触指的两侧分别设置有触指弹簧。具体实施时,导向板与主触指连接后与触指弹簧连接。上导电装配后,主刀动触头防脱扣可靠,夹紧力大,回路电阻小。采用该结构有效的提高了上导电的耐用性。在隔离开关设计中本部件为重要部件,提高了隔离开关的耐用性、稳定性。不会因周围环境而自动脱扣影响使用。本实用新型导电部件静触头与动触头由原来的无防滑装置改为导电动静触头带脱扣装置,避免了因长期运行中自动脱扣,连锁不可靠影响使用性能。 
本实用新型有效而合理的解决了因长期运行中自动脱扣,锁紧不可靠,夹紧力低不好现象,成本保持不变,大大延长了隔离开关的使用寿命。
